蝴蝶飞啊——雅思名师Joan口语试听课的对话录

《乌鸦喝水》是《伊索寓言》中一个经典的故事，通过不断的尝试，乌鸦找到了向水瓶中投石子的方法，成功地从狭窄的瓶口中喝到了水。

如果，没有这样的思维，坚持用自己多年练就的嘴巴技巧，乌鸦怕是要失望而归了。

引导思维的改变，而不靠应试技巧的积累——正是Joan老师雅思课的不同之处。

上课之初，老师先随意地抛出一些关于Holiday的问题：

师："Where would you like to go in your holiday?"

生："Japan."

师："Please listen to my question again and try to answer it with a full sentence. Where would you like to go in your holiday?"

生："I would like Japan."

师："You are almost there, can you try again? Where would you like to go in your holiday?"

生赶紧答："I would like to go to Japan."

第一步，口语测试的基础 —— 答案要完整哦！

之后老师让学生展开回答"What would you like to do when you are on holiday?"

生："I would like to go on holiday with my family. In this way, we can see the breathtaking interests and also I will watch movies with my friends. I will try to make the holiday more intersting."

师："You'd better change the word 'interests' to 'sights', and also you can provide more details about your holiday, please try again."

生："I would like to travel to different countries with my family, like Canada, Australia... We can also enjoy the delicious foods in the local places."

师："It is much better. If you want to make the answer sound more natural in English. you can replace 'delicious food' to 'local cuisine', 'mouthwatering', 'tasty', 'yummy'."

到这里，就口语考试的描述类问题，学生不仅知道要提供细节，同时也知道了词汇的搭配。

自由发挥到这里，老师开始让大家朗读一些“别人家”的高分答案，体会口语答题的思路：

到这里，老师换了一个问题，让大家趁热打铁：

师："Please describe a beautiful garden you have been."

生："A garden with a lot of flowers and butterflies dancing on the flowers."

师："When you describe somethings, you need to make a picture. 

Do you remember when you were 2 years old, before the sleep, you always asked mama, 'please read a story'. Mama would say 'before there was a man living in a mountain...' you would stop mama 'boring, the story is so boring!' Then mama would say 'once upon a time, there was a very very old man, living in a very very high mountain, with a long long mustache...' then the baby fell into the sleep with the picture of this story... 

You can add colour and scent about flowers. Try again."

生："I have been a beautiful garden, there were flowers in many colours, yellow, pink, blue with a few butterflies. The butterflies were in all colours of the rainbow and looked fabulous dancing against the white clouds. The scent of the flowers was gorgeous especially after the rain."
