起草涉疆反华报告的，竟是野鸡大学？

美西方一直支持新疆分离主义和恐怖主义

目的是破坏中国稳定、遏制中国发展

2003年，美国中情局：

“美国在未来面临与中国的危机或对抗时

不应排除将‘维吾尔牌’作为施压手段的选项。”

2015年，美国联邦调查局前翻译

西贝尔·埃德蒙兹：“虽然美国大打人权牌

但真实情况是

我们从来不在乎百姓

人不属于我们的利益范围

除非人可以被利用

可以用来达到我们的目的。” 

"It would be unrealistic to rule out categorically

American willingness to play the 'Uygur card'

as a means of exerting pressure on China

in the event of some future crisis or confrontation."

The CIA predicted this in 2003. 

Unlike its other predictions that

often fail the test of time, this one has come true.

德国人郑国恩等发布的所谓

“研究成果”公然捏造数据、歪曲事实

炮制基于意识形态的反华叙事

郑国恩在“论文”声称新疆的妇女

年人均接受的节育器植入800到1400个

这意味着新疆妇女每人每天都要接受

4到8次节育器放置手术

完全不符合常识

对这种漏洞百出的研究

西方政府和媒体全盘接受

In his so-called published research findings,

Adrian Zenz says that intrauterine device

placements in Xinjiang Uygur averaged

between 800 to 1,400 per capita each year.

This, absurdly, means each Uygur woman

underwent four to eight IUD insertion

surgeries every day.

Hard to believe the claim comes from

an openly published "academic" essay.

BBC为制造假新闻

不惜拿钱买“证据”

2019年7月，郑国恩自己发推特称：

BBC委托我进行研究

第一次他们问我是否可以做

我说“不”，太困难了，证据太少了

他们再次提出要求

我说，让我看看我能找到什么

然后我交给他们一份17000字

和163个注脚的“调查结果”

"The BBC commissioned my research. 

They asked the first time whether

it could be done. I said 'no', too hard,

too little evidence. They asked again.

I said: 'let me see what I can find'.

Well, the resulting findings now total

17,000 words and 163 footnotes."

新疆“强迫劳动”的谎言来自于

“澳大利亚战略政策研究所”

2020年3月的“研究报告”

该研究所受澳大利亚国防部、北约

美国国务院、英国外交和联邦事务部

以及美国洛克希德·马丁公司等军火商的资助

“报告”主要作者许秀中是反华人员

曾为“法轮功”邪教辩护

The "forced labor" lie about Xinjiang first

appeared in a report of the

Australian Strategic Policy Institute (ASPI).

The Institute was funded by the

Australian Department of Defense, NATO,

US Department of State and Lock

heed Martin Corporation. The report was

written by Vicky Xu Xiuzhong,

who notoriously fled China and then attacked it.

美西方针对新疆的干涉运动

实际上从上世纪90年代就开始了

早在克林顿时期

美国众议院众议员汤姆·兰托斯

就接待部分“流亡维吾尔人”

指使他们做出被强制堕胎等伪证

他们目的在于阻止克林顿政府

给予中国贸易最惠国待遇

但未能成功

In the 1990s, the US House of Representatives

Committee on Foreign Affairs,

backed by its then chair and

Congressman Tom Lantos,

received some "Uygurs in exile" and

guided them to give "evidence"

about forced abortion.

Two decades later they are

still using the same old trick.

BBC歪曲采访

2021年2月10日

新疆自治区党委宣传部副部长徐贵相表示

他曾接待过BBC记者采访

但他们后来的报道却大相径庭

与事实严重不符

CNN和BBC大力报道的一名

所谓的“种族灭绝幸存者”

在采访中前后矛盾

还被发现中国政府给她更新了护照

护照更新时间正好是她自称“被捕”期间

她护照的续期日期是美国有线电视新闻网

报道中唯一打了马赛克的地方

BBC and CNN interviewed a "genocide survivor",

but found that she holds a passport that was

updated during the time she claims

she was in "custody" in Uygur.

They, however, masked the date,

the only thing that is masked in the entire video.

西方媒体炒作的首份涉疆“独立报告”

背后竟是“野鸡大学”。

2021年3月

一家名为“创新战略政策研究所”的“智库”

发布所谓“首份涉疆独立报告”称中国

违反《联合国防止及惩治灭绝种族公约》

该所资助方是一家叫做

“美国费尔法克斯大学”的“野鸡大学”

2019年受到弗吉尼亚州监管部门

对其质量的猛烈抨击

差点因此关闭

美国教育部资料显示

2020至2021年期间

该校在册登记学生共有153名

校官方推特只有13个粉丝

In March 2021, the Newlines Institute

for Strategy and Policy published an

"independent report about Xinjiang"

which talked of a "genocide" there.

The institute was funded by Fairfax University

of America, which almost shut down in 2019

because of its poor online education quality.

Its official Twitter account shows just 13

followers and it has just 153 registered

students for the 2020-21 academic session.

“世维会”背后是一个

国际性的“分离主义网络”

In 2020, the National Endowment for

Democracy said they had provided Uygur

groups with $8.76 million in funds.

The same NED has funded groups supporting

violence in Syria, Iran,

Ukraine and the Hong Kong SAR.

Basically, wherever they hate peace.

A large chunk of the funds went to

the "World Uygur Congress",

which has worked closely with Gray Wolves,

a violent group.

Isak Payzulla, an editor at Hami Daily,

and Zaram Talips,

a retired local official in Hami,

attended a media briefing on March 2, 2020.

According to the West's

"Xinjiang victim database", however,

they should have been in custody at that time.
