Project Coordinator (EU based) 

Munich, Germany

◆ ◆ Brief description:

• The Project Coordinator assists in the preparation of the Development Project Plan together with the main-project team in China, monitors its compliance and tracks changes through the change process. He/she forms a complementary interface with the customer

• Experience: Engineering-Newcomers and young professionals are welcome

• Should have basic knowledge of automotive processes

◆ ◆Specifications:

The project coordinator adheres to specifications regarding:

• Requirements for the product to be created (functions, quality)

• Deadlines

• Cost framework

◆ ◆Main Activities:

• Maintains contact and conducts negotiations with the customer (e.g. project meetings, change requests, etc.)

• Assists the project manager in leading the project team

• Assists in the creation & adaptation of the project plan. Performs schedule calculations and assists with schedule plausibility

• As change manager, is jointly responsible for maintaining the change procedure (internal & external)

• Monitors whether all defined activities are carried out; this applies in particular to all QA activities (e.g. reviews)

• Monitors adherence to deadlines, and notifies deadline postponements well in advance

• Ensures that appropriate measures are taken in the event of deviations from the project plan

• Carries out regular risk analyses checks the requirements for approvals

• Assistance for customer orders

• Take on additional tasks specific to the project

• Is willing for periodic customer travel & visits within Europe

• Is reporting to the head of the European Project management

• High portion of working from home

◆ ◆  Further skills / must have:

• Fluent in English and German, Mandarin is a big plus

• Customer oriented and solution focussed, but should be aware of implications of methods and processes

• Profound knowledge of MS Office applications

• Driver license is a must

Development Engineer ADAS 

(f/m/d) (full-time)

Munich/Koblenz, Germany

◆ ◆ Your tasks:

• Planning and execution of development projects in the area of driver assistance systems

• Responsibility for the integration of components and systems in the vehicle with regard to ADAS/AD

• Coordination and execution of vehicle tests on test sites and public roads

• Technical contact for customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders

• Analysis and documentation of technical problems

• Successfully completed studies in engineering with a focus on electrical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable course of study

• Ideally professional experience in system testing in the automotive industry

• Knowledge of radar, lidar, ultrasonic and camera systems

• Independent, structured way of working and intercultural competence

• German, English fluently spoken and written

• Willingness to travel

Application/Test Engineer 

(f/m/d) (full-time)

• Design, development, testing, setup and calibration according to customer specifications

• Take over and coordinate cross-company projects and special assignments

• Interfacing of the Chinese development center with the European project team

• Translation of technical documentation

• Successful completion of engineering studies with emphasis on electrical engineering, mechatronics or similar program of study (Master's degree or equivalent)

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the automotive industry preferred

• Knowledge of automotive bus systems such as CAN, LIN, FlexRay and Ethernet and practice using bus tools such as CANoe

• Experience with embedded software development

• Quick understanding, initiative, creativity

• Willingness to take responsibility

• Able to work under pressure, flexible and a team player

• Good computer skills

• Fluent in German, English and Chinese words and writing

• Class B driver's license

System Engineer Software 

(f/m/d) (full-time)

Munich, Germany

◆ ◆ Your tasks:

• Coordination of requirements with our customers

• Translating the application requirements into functionalities

• Planning, design and implementation of system solutions

• Testing of the developed systems and components including error analysis and bug fixes

• User support after implementation

• Supporting requirements elicitation, analysis, breakdown and coordination with the customer

• Participation in the creation of the software architecture according to the specifications of the automotive development process, as well as presentation to the customer, including on-site

• Participation in meeting the requirements of functional safety, Aspice, cybersecurity, UML and AUTOSAR as well as reusability, etc.

• Coordinate, or provide technical leadership to the international development team in the application of architecture concepts and release of architecture changes and bug reports, as well as edit changes

• Support in software configuration, integration

• Participation in the design of interfaces and their static and dynamic properties as well as reusability of software components

• Discussing the objectives and procedures for the planned tests together with the development team

• Definition of test scenarios for individual components or the entire system and derivation of test cases

• Monitoring of the test execution and discussion of the results with the respective team

• Reporting as well as error management

◆ ◆ Your profile

• Successfully completed studies in engineering with a focus on electrical engineering, mechatronics, computer science, emobility or a comparable course of study (diploma or master's degree)

• Depending on the product groups or on the field of application, you have knowledge in embedded software development with programming language C, hardware and knowledge in software development knowledge in automotive bus systems like CAN, LIN, FlexRay and Ethernet

• 3 years of professional experience as a product developer in the automotive industry desirable, in which you have already carried out at least 2-3 projects, also in parallel

• Quick perception, initiative, creativity

• Willingness to take on responsibility

• Able to work under pressure, flexible, team player

• Good computer skills

• German, English and Chinese fluently in word and writing

• Willingness to travel

Development Engineer (f/m/d) (full-time)

Munich/Koblenz, Germany

◆ ◆ Your tasks:

• Functional development of turn-by-turn navigation systems at system and vehicle level

• Definition and creation of requirements, test cases and specifications for steer-by-wire functionality

• Modeling of new functionality and extension of existing steering models with reference to the architecture of the steer-by-wire system

• Evaluation and validation of interventions in simulations and on vehicles

◆ ◆ Your profile

• Successful completion of an electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or similar course of study

• Experience in the field of component development in the automotive industry, preferably with a focus on steer-by-wire would be an advantage

• Independent, organized working style and intercultural competence

• Fluent spoken and written German and English

• Willingness to travel
