About your programme:

You’ll join your global classmates across all business areas for orientation where you’ll hear from executive board members directly regarding the future of the bank.
Following this, best-in-class product trainers will give you an unrivalled introduction to our business and the industry. You’ll build a broad knowledge base and hone your skills through immersive classroom and online modules that are built around you.
The role:
Working on our day-to-day business as well as on special projects, you will need to have an eye for detail, a high level of commitment and a desire to work towards specific goals. You will support the relevant audit manager with audit planning and will begin making an important contribution to the success of audits within a few weeks.
Your sphere of responsibility will continually expand and encompass more complex tasks. By collaborating with contacts from across the business, you will gain an extensive insight into the working methods within our bank and the challenges faced by different departments. You will experience all relevant areas of work, while completing an additional rotation outside the Group Audit department will broaden your understanding of the processes and operational areas within our business.
The specific tasks that you deal with will depend on your role within the team. You will learn from the best, evolve professionally as well as personally, and build a firm foundation upon which to specialise later.

Business aligned teams such as Global Markets, Deutsche Asset Management, Deutsche Bank Wealth Management, Corporate Finance and Global Transaction Banking
Infrastructure aligned teams such as Technology, Risk, COO, Compliance, Sourcing, Anti-Financial Crime or Finance
Central teams such as Methodology, Staff Development or Quality Assurance
Your qualifications:
We are looking for bright minds with good academic records and some practical work experience to create a positive impact for our customers.
Do you have an academic focus on business or the natural sciences, particularly business administration, economics, industrial engineering, business informatics, business mathematics or commercial law?
Are you passionate about finance, with an affinity for rules and regulations?
Have you already completed previous vocational training/an internship or do you have part-time experience in banking/capital markets or risk management, ideally in combination with project or overseas experience?
Do you have strong communication skills and are you fluent in English?
Can you work well in a team and inspire others with your ideas?
Are you able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks at the same time?
Would you describe yourself as a conscientious, dedicated individual with excellent analytical skills and the ability to work independently?
