昨日，第四届“马云乡村教师奖”颁奖典礼在海南三亚举行。
The Jack Ma Rural Teacher Award ceremony was held in Sanya, South China's Hainan province, on Sunday. Among those at the event, themed "Back to the Classroom", were Alibaba Group Chairman Ma, National Excellent Teacher Zhu Aichao, president of the Palace Museum Shan Jixiang, Olympic champion Hui Ruoqi, 100 rural teachers and 20 rural headmasters.
1月13日，马云乡村教师奖颁奖典礼在海南三亚举行。本次颁奖仪式的主题为“重回课堂”。阿里巴巴集团董事局主席马云、全国优秀教师朱爱朝、故宫博物院院长单霁翔、奥运冠军惠若琪以及20名乡村校长和100名乡村教师出席，重温三尺讲台。
从2015年开始，每年腊八，马云都会在海南三亚为乡村教师颁奖。
四年来，有400名优秀乡村教师通过马云公益基金会获得资助，5万学生命运因此被改变。据阿里巴巴官方解释，在三亚举办是因为有很多的乡村教师和他们的学生们从没看过大海。
老师为从未见过大海的学生直播，马云加入
马云在颁奖典礼上表示，学生逃课主要原因在老师，如果老师用心花心思学生自然会听。“开会底下聊天打瞌睡的人多，那是讲的人没水平。”
他说，一个优秀的老师总能发现学生身上自己都没有意识到的优点，老师的鼓励能让学生更加自信。“逃课最重要的原因是老师不好，我觉得跟学生没关系，这个老师如果上课不够有意思，那个课听起来确实没味道。”

除此之外，马云倡导的乡村寄宿制校舍样板间也亮相三亚。

At the award ceremony, plans for the rural boarding school model rooms Ma advocates were released. Ma will continue to discuss the rural boarding school plan with 100 entrepreneurs.
在颁奖典礼上，马云公布了为乡村寄宿制学校建设校舍样板间的计划。他将继续与100名企业家商讨该计划。
Model rooms for rural boarding school promoted by Alibaba Group Chairman and Founder Jack Ma Yun were unveiled Sunday during Jack Ma Rural Teacher Award ceremony held in Sanya, South China's Hainan province. The over 20-square-meter room can accommodate six students, comes with attached bathroom and one designated teacher to supervise the room. The cost of each room is 40,000 yuan.
乡村寄宿制校舍样板间也于当天在三亚亮相。二十多平米的宿舍能容纳六名学生，独立卫浴，并有指定老师检查宿舍。每个宿舍房间的造价为四万元。
Apart from dormitory, the plan also includes two play-and-fun centers on each floor in the dorm building, encompassing eight areas, such as for family activities, reading, chess, painting and calligraphy, and Lego.
除了样板宿舍，该计划也旨在宿舍每层楼上设置两处趣玩中心，涵盖家庭活动、阅读、象棋、绘画、书法以及乐高等八个主题。
