美国建议戴口罩了！疾控中心：民众可自愿佩戴布口罩，可以自制
US President Donald Trump said on Friday the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) now recommends that Americans wear cloth face coverings to protect against COVID-19.
"The CDC is advising the use of non-medical cloth face covering as a voluntary health measure," Trump told a White House briefing. "It is voluntary. They suggested for a period of time."

"I just don't want to wear one myself, it's a recommendation," he said. "Somehow sitting in the Oval Office behind that beautiful Resolute Desk, the great Resolute Desk, I think wearing a face mask as I greet presidents, dictators, kings, queens, I don't know, I don't see it for myself."

建议民众戴口罩被视为美国政府防疫举措的一大转变，此前，美国疾控中心一直建议无症状的人不用戴口罩。
The CDC’s website explained that the recommendations were updated following new studies that some infected people can transmit the coronavirus even without displaying symptoms of the disease.
疾控中心网站解释称，出台新的指南是因为新研究发现，无症状感染者也可能传染。
“In light of this new evidence, CDC recommends wearing cloth face coverings in public settings where other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain,” such as in grocery stores or pharmacies, “especially in areas of significant community-based transmission,” the CDC says.
疾控中心称，鉴于这一新发现，建议在保持社交距离的其他措施难以执行的公共场所，佩戴布制口罩。比如超市、药店，尤其是社区传染比较严重的区域。
疾控中心称布口罩可以用低成本材料自制，还表示，佩戴口罩仍需保持社交距离。
The CDC said that cloth face coverings can be made at low cost from household items as an additional measure. The coverings are not a replacement for other social distancing measures when in public, such as maintaining six feet (1.8 meter) away from other people, the CDC said.
由于美国国内医用口罩短缺，疾控中心不建议民众佩戴N95等医用口罩，以防挤占医务人员的物资供应。
The agency also noted that the coverings it recommends people wear “are not surgical masks or N-95 respirators.”
疾控中心强调，建议民众佩戴的“不是外科口罩或N95呼吸器”。
“Those are critical supplies that must continue to be reserved for healthcare workers and other medical first responders,” the new guidance says.

美国第一夫人梅拉尼娅·特朗普3日也通过社交媒体呼吁人们佩戴口罩。
她说：
