特朗普停缴世卫会费！指责世卫组织“处置失当、隐瞒疫情”……

据美国有线电视新闻网（CNN）报道，美国总统特朗普14日在白宫记者会上宣布，美国将暂停资助世界卫生组织，并对其进行审查。

US President Donald Trump announced Tuesday he is halting funding to the World Health Organization while a review is conducted.

特朗普称，审查范围包括世卫组织是如何导致“严重的处置失当和掩盖病毒扩散”的。

Trump said the review would cover the WHO's "role in severely mismanaging and covering up the spread of coronavirus."

他指责世卫组织在病毒暴发初期反对对中国实施旅行限制，这是一个“最危险、付出代价最大的决定”（one of the most dangerous and costly decisions from the WHO ）。

“Fortunately, I was not convinced and suspended travel from China saving untold numbers of lives,” he said.

特朗普说，“还好我没信他们的话，对中国实行了旅行禁令，挽救了无数生命。”

特朗普还称，如果世卫组织处理得当的话，美国就能更早地采取旅行禁令。

Trump said if the WHO had acted appropriately, he could have instituted a travel ban on people coming from China sooner.

此外，他还指责世界卫生组织没有及时分享疫情信息，没有及时提供防疫政策建议，没有及时宣布“全球大流行”等。

特朗普称“在这么长时间后，是时候让他们为此负责了”。

Trump said the United States contributes roughly $400 to $500 million per year to WHO. The money saved will go to areas that "most need it," Trump asserted.

特朗普称美国每年大约资助世卫组织4亿到5亿美元。特朗普声称，现在这些省下的钱会用到最急需的地方。

联合国秘书长古特雷斯（United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres ）14日对特朗普的决定做了回应，称现在不是停缴会费的时候（now is “not the time” ）。

The UN chief said in a Tuesday statement that it is “not the time to reduce the resources for the operations of the World Health Organization or any other humanitarian organization in the fight against the virus.”

联合国秘书长14日在一份声明中称，现在不是减少世界卫生组织或任何其他人道主义组织用于抗击病毒行动所需资源的时候。

古特雷斯称，世界卫生组织必须得到支持，这对全球战胜新冠疫情的努力绝对关键。

He added that he believed the WHO, a UN agency, must be supported, calling it “absolutely critical” to winning the “war” against the coronavirus pandemic.

特朗普近日接连将矛头对准世卫组织。4月7日，特朗普在白宫每日疫情简报会上宣称，将阻止美国向WHO提供资金，因为该组织持有“以中国为中心”（“China-centric”）的立场。4月8日，特朗普继续攻击世卫组织，并称会在会费问题上“下决心”。

CNN评论称，特朗普政府面对抗疫不力的指责时，就甩锅世卫组织和媒体。

Amid swirling questions about whether he downplayed the crisis or ignored warnings from members of his administration about its potential severity, Trump has sought to assign blame elsewhere, including at the WHO and in the news media.

越来越多的人责问特朗普是否淡化危机，忽略政府成员对于事态严重性的警告，深陷旋涡中的他竭力转嫁责任，甩锅世卫组织和媒体等。

而对于特朗普关于世卫组织没有及时分享疫情信息，没有及时宣布“全球大流行”的指责，美国媒体也做了时间线的梳理，打脸特朗普政府。

CNBC报道称：

►WHO started sounding the alarm on the outbreak of a new coronavirus in China, in mid-January, designating the now Covid-19 pandemic as a global health emergency on Jan 30 when there were just 8,200 cases in 18 countries across the world.

世卫组织1月中旬开始发出警报，称一种新型冠状病毒疫情在中国暴发，1月30日就宣布如今被称为新冠肺炎大流行病的疫情为国际关注的突发公共卫生事件，当时全球只有18个国家报告了8200例确诊病例。

►The WHO’s global emergency declaration on Jan 30 was nearly a month before Trump tweeted that “The Coronavirus is very much under control in the USA” and six weeks before he declared a national emergency on March 13.

1月30日，世卫组织宣布国际关注的突发公共卫生事件，过了将近一个月，特朗普还在发推特说，“美国把新冠病毒控制得很好”，过了6个星期，他才在3月13日宣布美国进入国家紧急状态。

►Two days earlier, on March 11, WHO officials declared the outbreak a pandemic, when there were just 121,000 global cases. 

在此两天前，3月11日，世卫组织官员宣布新冠肺炎疫情全球大流行，当时全球只有12.1万病例。

据美国约翰斯·霍普金斯大学发布的全球新冠肺炎数据实时统计系统，截至美国东部时间4月14日晚6时，全美共报告新冠肺炎确诊602989例，死亡25575例，共检测3081620例。在过去24小时，全美新增确诊25682例，新增死亡2356例。
