蔡英文承认“有美军在台”，外交部回应！
据人民日报消息，有报道称台湾地区领导人蔡英文在接受采访的时候承认美军以训练为目的存在在台湾，并且宣称来自大陆的所谓威胁每天都在增加。
10月28日，外交部、国台办同日就此事表态。
外交部发言人汪文斌在28日下午的例行记者会上表示，一个中国原则是中美关系的政治基础。在台湾问题上，美方应该恪守一个中国原则和中美三个联合公报规定，而不是自己单方面炮制的什么东西。我们坚决反对美方同台湾地区进行任何形式的官方往来和军事联系，反对美方干涉中国内政。
Wang Wenbin, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman, said the one-China principle is the political foundation of China-US relations. "On the Taiwan question, the US should abide by the one-China principle and the stipulations of the three China-US joint communiques, rather than unilaterally concoct anything."
"We firmly oppose official and military ties in any form between the US and the Taiwan region, and oppose the US interference in China's internal affairs," Wang said.
美舰近来多次在台湾海峡大秀肌肉，挑衅搅局，向“台独”势力发出严重错误信号，威胁台海地区和平稳定。是谁在台湾问题上搞胁迫？国际社会看得很清楚。
He said the US vessels have repeatedly flexed its muscles to make provocations and stir up troubles in the Taiwan Strait in recent times, sending gravely wrong signals to the "Taiwan independence" forces and threatening cross-Straits peace and stability.
The international community is clear-eyed about who is engaging in "coercion" on the Taiwan question, Wang said.
汪文斌强调，两岸统一是历史大势，是正道。“台独”是历史逆流，是绝路。民进党当局的谋“独”行径丝毫改变不了台湾是中国一部分的铁的事实，也撼动不了国际社会普遍认可一个中国原则的稳固格局。
"The cross-Straits reunification is an overriding historical trend and the right course, while 'Taiwan independence' is a retrogression leading to a dead end," Wang said.
The DPP authority's acts of seeking "Taiwan independence" can not change the iron-clad fact that Taiwan is a part of China, neither will it shake the international community's universal and firm commitment to the one-China principle, he said.
凡是数典忘祖、分裂国家的人从来没有好下场，搞“台独”是死路一条，支持“台独”也是一条不归路。任何国家、任何人都不应低估中国人民捍卫国家主权和领土完整的坚强决心、坚定意志、强大能力，否则必将再次遭到失败。
"Those who forget their heritage, betray their motherland, and seek to split the country will come to no good end."
Wang noted that seeking "Taiwan independence" leads to a dead end, and so does supporting "Taiwan independence". "No country and no one should underestimate the resolve, the will, and the ability of the Chinese people to defend their national sovereignty and territorial integrity. Otherwise, they will suffer another defeat."
国台办：“台独”分裂势力
企图以“参与国际活动”谋“独”绝无可能
10月28日，国台办发言人马晓光答记者问。
有媒体提问，蔡英文10月28日接受美国有线电视新闻网（CNN）采访，再次标榜所谓“民主”，把大陆反对“台独”的正义行动说成“威胁”，并扬言要发展台军力对抗大陆，还承认“美国军人在台”，声称对美“协防台湾”有信心，鼓噪台“参加联合国”等。对此有何评论？
马晓光应询表示，蔡英文及民进党当局顽固推进“台独”，借各种场合在国际上散布“台独”言论，用“民主自由”等幌子包装“台独”主张，欺骗国际舆论，鼓噪“以武拒统”“倚美谋独”。蔡接受CNN采访所谈，再次暴露其“台独”图谋冥顽不化。
民进党当局上台以来，施政无能，民生哀怨，却耽于制造族群矛盾，钳制言论，欺骗民众，分化台湾社会，大搞“绿色恐怖”，疯狂打压异已。推进“去中国化”“渐进台独”，强行割裂台湾民众与中华文化和中华民族的血肉联系，极大伤害了广大台湾同胞的根本利益。为达政治目的不惜以卑劣手段进行各种政治操弄，有何资格和脸面谈“民主自由”？民进党当局打着“民主自由”幌子贴靠有关国家，本质上是在国际上谋“独”。
Ma Xiaoguang, spokesman of the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council, said Tsai taking the interview with CNN has exposed her stubborn insistence on "Taiwan independence".
"Since taking office, the DPP authorities have been incompetent in governance and people's livelihoods are in disarray. But they have been obsessed with creating conflict, clamping down on speech, deceiving people, dividing Taiwan society and frantically suppressing dissidents," he said.
Their acts of promoting "de-Sinicization" and "Taiwan independence" forcibly sever the flesh and blood ties between the people of Taiwan and the Chinese nation, greatly harming the fundamental interests of compatriots in Taiwan, he said.
"How dare they talk about 'democracy and freedom' when they are using all kinds of political manipulation to achieve their political goals?" he added.
民进党当局不断进行“台独”挑衅。这是破坏台海和平稳定、升高台海局势风险的根源。民进党当局“以武拒统”“倚美谋独”，拿台湾民众的血汗钱购买军火，只会给台湾民众利益带来损害，给岛内带来兵灾。我们对“台独”零容忍。打击“台独”分裂行径不计成本。任何人不要低估我们捍卫国家主权和领土完整的坚强决心、坚定意志、强大能力！
By "rejecting unification with arms" and "relying on the US for independence", they are taking the hard-earned money of the Taiwan people to buy weapons, which will only bring damage to the interests of the people and bring military disaster to the island, he said, adding the Chinese mainland has "zero tolerance" for "Taiwan independence" and will fight against separation at all costs.
世界上只有一个中国，台湾是中国一部分，中华人民共和国是代表全中国的唯一合法政府。台湾无权参加联合国这一由主权国家组成的政府间国际组织。我们了解台湾同胞对参与国际活动的想法与感受，在坚持一个中国原则基础上，过去曾经、今后也可以作出妥善安排。“台独”分裂势力企图以“参与国际活动”谋“独”绝无可能。
Ma also urged governments and media to adhere to the one-China principle and not provide any platform for "Taiwan independence" so as to avoid causing further damage to peace and stability across the Straits.
我们敦促有关国家政府和有关媒体，认清民进党当局谋“独”本质，恪守一个中国原则，不向“台独”势力发出任何错误信号，不为“台独”言论提供任何平台，以免给台海和平稳定造成进一步损害。
