中国留学生加拿大毕业典礼穿汉服，网友：大写的文化自信！

正值6月毕业季（graduation season），加拿大各所高校陆续举办毕业典礼。其中，一名中国女留学生的毕业穿搭成功出圈，她身着汉服，绝美亮相！

据极目新闻报道，这位惊艳全场的小姐姐名叫嘉诺，就读于加拿大谢尔丹学院视觉和创意艺术专业，本以为毕业典礼因疫情而取消，却临时收到了典礼补办的通知，她又惊又喜。

Zhang Jianuo, a Chinese student from Sheridan College in Ontario, Canada, has made a splash online by wearing hanfu – traditional Chinese clothing – at her graduation ceremony.

遗憾的是，嘉诺的父母远在大洋彼岸，无法亲临现场。于是，她怀着对家乡的思念，第一次穿上汉服，上台领取毕业证书，将遗憾转为独属于中国人的浪漫。

嘉诺将汉服穿在学士服内，外露云肩宽袖，和学士服浑然一体、相得益彰，在尊重异国文化的同时，也彰显了中国留学生的文化自信。此外，她还将头发盘起，佩戴国风发饰，让整体造型更具古韵。

Her bold choice blended Chinese designs with Western attire. Decorated with shoulder accessories and long sleeves, the cap and gown looked exquisite and elegant. She not only "did in Canada as the Canadians do", but also exuded her cultural confidence.

之后，嘉诺将视频发布到社交平台，纪念这段毕业典礼记忆。她写道，“遗憾最不应该出现在风华正茂的二十多岁。”

许多网友对嘉诺在毕业典礼上展现汉服风采赞赏不已，认为身着汉服展示了传统文化的美，是大写的文化自信。

Compliments poured in after the student shared the video capturing her glamorous moment on her graduation day, with many netizens saying her hanfu choice was certainly a confident display of Chinese culture.

嘉诺在接受极目新闻采访时表示，没想到视频分享之后受到这么多关注，非常感谢大家给予的夸赞，让她感受到温暖。“并不是穿了汉服才是民族自信，真正的民族自信来自我们每个人的内心。这才是底气。”嘉诺说。

Overwhelmed, the girl from Xi'an, Shaanxi province, thanked her admirers for the internet attention, and said that donning hanfu does not necessarily make one feel confident – it is the belief from within in the beauty and strengths of our nation that makes us confident.

嘉诺抵达台前时，还对台下观众行了一个端庄大气的“万福礼”。许多不了解“万福礼”的外国人顿时明白了这种礼节该如何使用，而不少热爱传统文化的国内网友也纷纷表示感动。

我国素来被称为“礼仪之邦”，看过了小姐姐端庄大气的“万福礼”，如何用英语来表达我国古代传统问候礼仪（greeting etiquettes）呢？一起来和双语君学一学吧。

作揖 Bow

作揖又称揖礼，是古时汉民族的相见礼，起源于周代以前，约有3000年以上历史。

Bow, in Chinese Yi Li or Zuo Yi, includes etiquettes that people bow while having hands fold in front in different ways. 

作揖又称揖礼，人们以不同的方式交叠双手，同时鞠躬。

Based on people's social status, age, and gender, there are seven types of bow rituals in history.

根据社会地位、年龄和性别来划分，历史上共有七种揖礼。

古代妇女相见行礼有别于男子，往往是口称“万福”。这种礼节要求两手松松抱拳重叠（右手覆左手）在胸前右下侧上下移动，同时略作鞠躬的姿势。

拱手礼是作揖的另一种形式，一般右手握拳在内，左手在外；若为丧事行拱手礼，则正好相反。

抱拳礼，也是作揖的另一种形式，古人以左为敬，通常用左手在外；另因在攻击别人时，一般用右手，所以以左手示人，表示真诚与尊敬。

The fist and palm salute or bao quan is a type of bow rituals, with the fist right hand covered by the left hand. 

抱拳是揖礼的一种，左手握拳，右手抱着拳头。

It was originated in the military when people held weapons while showing respect to others. Hence, always use the left hand to cover the right hand that holds weapons.

抱拳起源于军队，战士们向他人行礼时，往往手持武器，因此常用左手遮住持有武器的右手。

《今日中国》杂志指出，随着中国经济的快速发展，人们表现出更多的文化自信，民族文化复兴受到更多关注。

作为中式美学的象征，无论是汉服还是传统问候礼仪，都在潜移默化中为促进国潮风复兴做出了贡献。
