Many students view that sleep is unimportant since time is precious.  This book will change your opinion as it did mine. While some of the facts in the book have been debunked, the overall benefit outweighs some of the outdated information.

Essentialism: The Disciplined Pursuit of Less

This book provides practical strategies for identifying and focusing on the essential tasks and activities that truly matter in both our personal and professional lives, while eliminating distractions and non-essential tasks. It is an exceptional book recounting the adventures of a pioneering pilot, while also delving into profound reflections on humankind.

The Foundation Trilogy: Foundation, Second Foundation, and Foundation and Empire

在我看来，最近以此书改编拍摄的电视剧并没有很好地再现这部优秀（也许是最好的）科幻作品。所以我建议阅读并享受原版的书籍。该书核心思想是一个虚构的概念，即心理历史学是历史学、社会学和统计建模的系统结合，可以预测大量人类行为。由此产生了跨越多代人和人物弧线的精彩叙事。

The recent TV series adapted from this book, in my opinion, did not reproduce this excellent (perhaps one of the best) Sci-Fi trilogies very well. Do yourself a favor and read the original material. The core idea is the fictional concept that psychohistory, the systematic combination of history, sociology, and statistical modeling, can predict large groups of human behavior. From this springs wonderful narratives spanning multiple generations and character arcs.
