征集方向

本次征集以“美丽家园”为主题，“美丽家园” 不单单指生存的自然环境，也包括我们的生活空间。生存环境与生活空间需要艺术点缀而更加美好，优秀的艺术作品既能装扮人们的生活空间，又能深远影响人的精神世界。“美丽家园”期望通过艺术家的精品创作，营造艺术生活的氛围，激发人们对美的向往与追求，实现艺术与生活紧密相连的美好愿望，展现艺术家对美好生活空间的表达与思考，共同创建理想中的美丽家园。

备注说明：

1.获奖艺术家为一奖两幅作品

2.奖金与奖项是自愿接受，非强制

3.所有奖金均为税前，艺术家需自行缴纳国家规定的税费

评审机制与时间进度

报名时间：2019年7月23日——10月31日

初评时间：2019年11月1日——11月5日

入围艺术家寄送作品原件：2019年11月6日——11月21日

复评时间：2019年11月22日——11月25日

开幕暨颁奖典礼：2019年12月1日（暂定）

展览时间：2019年12月1日——13日（暂定）

展览地点：上海宝龙艺术中心

获奖作品将由组委会收藏并颁发奖金及获奖证书，入选作品由组委会颁发入选证书。获奖及入选作品将编辑成册出版，艺术家将可获赠一本。获奖及入选作品将在宝龙旗下艺术机构（上海、杭州、厦门、青岛）多地进行巡展，具体时间以组委会公布为准。

参评作品一律要求原始真实创作，提供作品电子照片参加初评。投稿作者须保证对其投稿作品所涉及知识产权负完全责任，投稿作品将在媒体发布。

初评后入围艺术家，组委会将通知具体时间寄送原作，寄送原作费用由艺术家承担，代理期结束后作品由组委会邮寄退还给艺术家并承担费用。作品一经发现存在抄袭或其他侵权行为，组委会将取消其参展与获奖资格，收回获奖证书。

投稿要求

1.以油画、丙烯、坦培拉、综合媒介为创作类型的平面架上作品；

2.每幅作品尺寸不小于0.5平米，不大于6平米；

3.艺术家投稿数量不少于2幅，不超过10幅，其中至少1幅作品需体现“美丽家园”主题,其他作品对创作主题无具体要求,体现艺术家创作最高水准即可。

宝龙艺术大奖简介

宝龙艺术大奖由宝龙文化集团发起，旨在表彰当代最具代表性的艺术家，鼓励多语境表达下的优秀艺术创作与探索。宝龙艺术大奖以专业评选为核心，实行以专家、艺术院校、艺术机构为学术支撑的评审机制；以艺术价值为导向，创建以自主参选、推荐、公开评阅、甄选、奖项鼓励、展览展示、市场宣传为基本内容的全面征集和推广体系；形成囊括艺术家、艺术收藏者、艺术院校、艺术机构等多元构成共同发展的艺术生态；致力于成为发掘、扶持、提升艺术家的艺术品牌。

The 3rd Powerlong Art Award “Beautiful Home” Call for Contributions

I. About the Project

Over the past two years, the Powerlong Art Award has held painting collections themed on “fēi yóu shù zuò” (More than I can Feel) and “Beautiful Home” with more than 4,000 artists participating; 40 artists from different regions won the Powerlong Art Award, and more than 200 media outlets have covered these two events. Over 10 series of exhibitions have been successfully held at the Powerlong Art Museum, Powerlong Art Center (Shanghai, Hangzhou, Xiamen) and other art institutions under the Powerlong Culture Group. The itinerant exhibition for selected works in the 2nd Powerlong Art Award is still on.

II. About the Collection

The theme “Beautiful Home” refers not only to our natural living environment, but also to our life space. Art can never be absent for better living environment and life space—excellent art works can not only decorate people’s life space, but exert a far-reaching influence on their inner world. “Beautiful Home”, through artists’ fine works, hopes to construct an atmosphere of artistic life to inspire people’s yearning and pursuit for beauty, to realize the wonderful dream that art and life should be closely connected, to show artists’ expression and thinking of the beautiful life space, and to jointly create an ideal Beautiful Home.

V. Awards Setting and Attribution

1 Golden Award: RMB100,000

2 Silver Awards: RMB 50,000 for each winner

100 Awards of Merit: RMB 10,000 for each winner

Notes:

1. ONE winner will receive ONE prize for his/her TWO works.

2. Winners have their rights to take or refuse the prizes and awards.

3. All bonuses are pre-tax, and the artist shall pay the due taxes prescribed by the state.

VI. Mechanism and Schedule:

Registration: July 23rd-October 31st, 2019
Preliminary evaluation: November 1st-November 5th, 2019
Submission of original shortlisted works: November 6th -November 21st, 2019
Re-evaluation: November 22nd-November 25th, 2019
Opening ceremony & award ceremony: December 1st, 2019 ( tentative, subject to the time announced by the organizing committee)
Exhibition: 

December 1st-December 13th, 2019 (tentative, subject to the time announced by the organizing committee)
Exhibition venue: Powerlong Art Center, Shanghai
 
The prize-winning works will be collected by the organizing committee and awarded with prizes and certificates, and the shortlisted works will be awarded with certificates by the organizing committee. All those works will be compiled into a book for publication. Each selected artist will receive a free copy of this book. The works will be exhibited in various art institutions subordinate to Powerlong Group (in Shanghai, Hangzhou, Xiamen and Qingdao). The specific time is subject to the announcement of the organizing committee.
 
All entries are required to be original and authentic, and digital version should be submitted for preliminary evaluation. The author shall be fully responsible for the intellectual property rights involved in his/her work, for his/her work will be published in the media. After the preliminary evaluation, the organizing committee will inform the selected artists of the specific time to send the original work. The delivery cost will be borne by the artist. After the agency period, the work will be returned to the artist by mail and the cost will be borne by the organizing committee. Once the works are found to be involved in plagiarism or other infringing acts, the organizing committee will cancel their participation and award qualification, and revoke the award certificate.
 
VI. Requirements of art works:
 
1. Flat easel works with oil painting, propylene, acrylic, tempera, or  mixed materials.
2. The size of each piece should not be less than 0.5 square meters or more than 6 square meters.
3. Each applicant should submit at least 2 works, 1 of which should reflect the theme “Beautiful Home”. There are no specific requirements on the theme for the other(s), as long as it/they can reflect the artist’s highest creation level.

Powerlong Art Award, initiated by Powerlong Cultural & Arts, is a recognition of the most representative contemporary artists and encouragement of excellency in artistic creation and exploration inmultiple contexts. With professional evaluation as its core, a review mechanism supported by experts, art academies and institutions has been set up for the Award. A comprehensive collection and promotion system with independent election, recommendation, public evaluation, selection, award encouragement, exhibition display and marketing as its basic components has been established for the artistic-value-oriented award.
