第二集《城垣》。介绍南京明代京城城墙的总体概况和修建过程，城墙与城市发展之间从一开始相生相长的关系，到后来相互矛盾的关系，城墙几百年来的生存状态，映射出人类社会发展的种种历程，以及城墙与城市关系变化中人们生活方式与观念的变化。

Episode 2 "City Wall": An overview of the Ming City Wall of Nanjing, the capital city back then, and its construction. The intertwined relationship of the City Wall and the city's development is covered in its entirety, from the mutually beneficial relationship in the beginning years to a conflicting one in the years following, all the way to the current state of the City Wall today. The changes and developments in human society, as well as in lifestyles and ideology are all reflected in the ever-changing relationship between the City Wall and the city of Nanjing.
