Guitar Association｜Embracing Love and Freedom

On May 13th, the Guitar Association in CCNU held the music festival in Youming Stadium.

Holding the same true love for music, students from different schools came to the festival and encountered like-minded friends.

Cheering, singing, laughing like little kids.

At the music festival, individuals found something lost in daily busy life: the absolute joy. They perceived the happiness and wonder with abandon. The voice and rhythm told the singers' stories and created an ideal atmosphere in which audiences couldn't help but deeply immerse themselves.

In the closure of the music festival, all the audiences sang Feeling together in respect of the pure feeling.

Music, love and peace, three things we cannot live without. 

Guitar Association of CCNU is composed of some guys crazy about music. This association offers a platform for music lovers from various schools and has been working to embellish CCNUers' busy life with music.

It is not just about guitars. Here, you can also see bases, keyboards, drums, etc. CCNUers who are obsessed with music can have a chance to make interesting friends, establish bands and display themselves.

Each year, Guitar Association holds at least one big music festival, which is open to every CCNUer. Several school bands take to the stage to perform their cover or original songs, lighting up the atmosphere and exciting the audience. From rock to folk, the performances in the music festival have a variety of styles. Everyone who loves music can find their own place here.

At the same time, Guitar Association actively holds performances with different schools. Bands from Guitar Association can be found in numerous events.

At ordinary times, Guitar Association provides guitar teaching lessons. Whether you are a guitar master or a beginner, you can get very professional guitar instructions here.

On weekends or holidays, Guitar Association sometimes holds small open-air concerts in Youming Stadium. CCNUers hold their guitars, play as they want, sing softly and find their peace after busy study.

Tao Ruihan, Head of the Guitar Association, from School of Computer Science

I came here because of my love for music. I love guitar, and Guitar Association can provide me with a great platform to play the guitar and communicate with other guitar players. I have been in Guitar Association for nearly three years, during which we have held amounts of music festivals and small concerts. These activities made up the whole of my college life in my spare time. I can't say which one is the most important for me, because with all my friends, every activity is meaningful. Guitar Association is still very young and it needs more CCNUers who love music to join us to hold more wonderful musical activities. I hope to see more excellent music players in Guitar Association!

I'm a music aficionado, I think participating in the Guitar Association is just like my destiny. Nothing is cooler than staying with a group of music fans! I'd like to use some images like Oxygen, ice-cream and dopamine to define the Guitar Association. All my fantasy about university is satisfied by the Guitar Association. We had the first group party at Youming Stadium, which always hangs over my heart. I can't forget that gentle night, shining light, dancing notes, sweet voice, crowded people and endless laughter. Everything was so charming.

The members in the Guitar Association are not only like-minded friends but loved ones who help you out. Like pump discharges water, I'm blessed with eternal happiness and fun around them.

I chose Guitar Association because I have been in a band in the middle school, and I want to meet some guys who share the same interests with me. That would be fantastic. Music is to me what air is to my life. Not only does it help me to know about the world, but shows me another way to convey my thoughts and emotions. Also, I have reinforced the relationship with some guys. We worked together and spared no efforts to hold one music festival after another. Needless to say the process was painstaking, but when the festival started, feeling the music and the resonance with the audience, I would think that all the efforts were worth it, and I would be very happy and free. Guitar Association is the synonym of warmth, love and solidarity in my heart. So I hope to see more new faces at our music carnival. The concert is a stage for every music lover, whether members of the association or other friends, we welcome you to play together!

Guitar Association is still on the rise and the road ahead is very long. In the future, Guitar Association will continue to love music, play music and bring one after another music feasts for CCNUers. We sincerely wish Guitar Association better and better！
