2019年的瑞士米其林指南出炉！采尔马特再次成为瑞士美食之都。马特宏峰的村庄保持住了现在的三颗星，又增加了两颗。

采尔马特的两家餐厅首次获得米其林星级——阿尔卑斯美食Prato Borni餐厅和The Omnia餐厅。美食评论家对这两家餐厅都大加赞赏。为The Omnia评分时，他们说:“灵魂食物，美食菜单，素食菜单……这是一个讲究精致和精确的地方，提供高质量的食物。令人难以置信的别致，几何内饰，大桌子和美丽的花岗岩表面，反映了它的时尚，生动的美食享受。”尤其推荐在炉火前享用开胃酒。
