关于进一步调整赴华签证政策的通知【中英文】
根据当前疫情形势变化,驻瑞士使馆和驻苏黎世总领馆将对赴华签证政策进行适当调整,最新政策从2022年7月4日起正式实施,具体调整如下:
一、经中国有关主管部门批准的拟来华就业人员可以申请办理工作签证。所需材料包括有效《外国人工作许可通知》(或《外国人工作许可证》原件),无需提交签证邀请函。
二、申请来华复工复产人员(包括经贸、教育、科技、体育、文化等各领域来华长期工作和短期访问人员)恢复疫情前材料要求,可凭中国境内有关单位出具的邀请函等申请办理签证。
三、来华复工复产人员(包括已在华工作的外国人)的外籍家属(仅限配偶、父母、未满18岁的子女、配偶的父母)可以申请办理来华随居或探亲签证。所需材料包括工作签持有人护照及在华居留证件、其本人出具的邀请函、亲属关系证明以及其他驻瑞使领馆要求提交的材料。
四、中国公民(以及在华具有永久居留资格的外国人)的外籍家庭成员(仅限配偶、父母、配偶的父母,子女、子女的配偶,兄弟姐妹,祖父母、外祖父母,孙子女、外孙子女)可以申请办理来华家庭团聚或探亲签证。所需材料包括中国公民(或在华具有永久居留资格的外国人)身份证明、其本人出具的邀请函、家庭关系证明以及其他驻瑞使领馆要求提交的材料。
五、外国人入境前原则上应接种中国或世界卫生组织批准紧急使用或上市的疫苗。继续执行对全程接种(含第三针加强针)中国疫苗的有关人员来华做出的相关便利化安排。

Notice on the Adjustment of Requirements for Chinese Visa Applications
In light of the current situation of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Chinese Embassy in Switzerland and the Chinese Consulate General in Zurich and for the principality of Liechtenstein have made adjustments to the requirements for Chinese visa applications. The latest regulations come into force from July 4th 2022, the specific adjustments of which are as follows:
A. Foreign nationals, who are approved by the relevant competent Chinese authorities to go to China for employment, can apply for Z visa. The required materials include a valid Notification Letter of Foreigner’s Work Permit in the People's Republic of China or the original Foreigner’s Work Permit. The official Invitation Letter is no longer needed.
B. Foreign nationals applying for resumption of work and production in China, including those who go to China for long-term work or short-term visit in areas such as economy, trade, education, science, technology, sports and culture, can apply for visas with invitation letters issued by the relevant units in China, which is restored to the material requirements before the pandemic.
C. Family members (including spouses, parents, children under the age of 18 and parents of spouses) of those foreign nationals going to China for resumption of work and production can apply for S1, S2, Q1 or Q2 visas. The applicants shall bring a copy of the passport and the resident card of the foreign nationals, an invitation letter, the proof of family relationship, as well as other documents required by the Chinese Embassy in Switzerland and the Chinese Consulate General in Zurich.
D. Foreign family members (including spouses, parents, spouse's parents, children and their spouses, brothers and sisters, grandparents and grandchildren) of Chinese citizens or foreign nationals with permanent residence status in the Mainland of China can apply for visas for reunion or family visit. The applicants should bring a copy of the ID of the Chinese citizen or the permanent residence permit of the foreigner, an invitation letter, the proof of family relationship, as well as other documents required by the Chinese Embassy in Switzerland and the Chinese Consulate General in Zurich.
E. Visa applicants shall be fully vaccinated before entering China and the COVID-19 vaccine should be approved for emergency use or licensed for use by China or WHO. The relevant facilitation arrangements for people who have been fully vaccinated (including the third booster) by the Chinese vaccines will be implemented continuously.
