 Tim Enthoven, born in Holland, 1985, lives and works in Amsterdam

荷兰艺术家蒂姆·安多芬的作品主要关注日常生活中出现的形状和结构如何塑造人们的行为。在《墙的截面 1》中，安多芬用工整且几乎看不出手绘痕迹的方式描绘了一个想象中的建筑剖面，画面中心是一个看似平常的房间一角，而露出的蓝灰色截面则有规律地向画面边缘延伸，直到抵达红砖外墙。安多芬希望通过营造意料之外的情境使得往日熟悉的事物变得再次陌生，并由此让观众获得既平常又有些不安的感受。

Dutch artist Tim Enthoven's work focuses on how shapes and structures that appear in everyday life shape behaviour. In Wall Section 1, Enthoven renders an imaginary section of a building in a neat, hand-painted form, featuring a seemingly ordinary corner of a room at its centre, while the exposed blue-grey section stretches regularly to the edges of the canvas until it reaches a red-brick facade. By creating unexpected situations, Enthoven hopes to make the familiar objects unfamiliar again, and thus facilitate a feeling of both normalcy and heightened consciousness.
