简 介
中德证券有限责任公司是一家中外合资证券公司，由全球领先的综合金融机构德意志银行和具有丰富本土经验的山西证券股份有限公司共同出资设立。公司向客户提供广泛的投资银行服务，包括各类证券承销以及与资本市场相关的顾问服务等。
2008年12月，中国证监会批准山西证券与德意志银行共同出资设立中德证券有限责任公司。2009年4月，公司取得营业执照正式设立。经批准的经营范围包括：股票（包括人民币普通股、外资股）和债券（包括政府债券、公司债券）的承销与保荐以及中国证监会批准的其他业务。2009年8月，公司取得了保荐机构资格。

岗位职责：
市场、客户相关信息的收集、整理工作；
协助完成股权类、债权类、并购重组类产品设计和项目执行工作；
协助完成各项目的运作，如行业研究分析、财务分析、尽职调查、项目文件制作等工作。
任职条件:
2020年国内外知名院校硕士研究生毕业,经济学、金融学、会计或法律等相关专业；
具备CPA资质、通过司法考试或证券从业资格考试者优先；
对证券市场较为了解，热衷于投行事业，有投行相关实习工作经验者优先。
Job description:
Gathering and sort out marketing and customer related information;
Assisted in completing the product design and project execution of Equity, Fix-Income, Merger and Acquisition projects;
Conduct research, prepare support documentation and assist in due diligence, industry research, financial analysis.
Requirement:
2020 postgraduates from reputable domestic and overseas universities, Financial, Economics or related majors preferred.
Relevant qualifications, such as SAC, CPA, Judicial Examination or others preferred.
Thorough understanding of Investment Banking business，IBD internship experience preferred.

岗位职责：
市场、客户相关信息的收集、整理工作；
协助完成债权类产品销售工作。
任职条件:

具备CPA资质、通过司法考试或证券从业资格考试者优先；
对证券市场较为了解，热衷于投行事业，有债券销售相关实习工作经验者优先。
