项目介绍
The program starts on August 17th 2020 and takes place during 9 months, consisting of 3 introduction weeks, 3x10-week rotations, 3 seminar weeks and 1 graduation week.
Scania China Graduate Trainee Program starts with an introduction period providing an overall view of Scania and Scania in China particularly. You will participate in various seminars, lectures and study visits in order to gain a basic understanding of Scania’s business and culture. The introduction is followed by the first job rotation, which will take place in your home department. After each job rotation there will be a seminar week, where you will gain deeper knowledge of Scania from Chinese local, Asia regional and global perspectives. You will spend 1 of the 3 job rotations as well as the last seminar week in Europe.

招聘流程
As part of the selection process, we look at a combination of your experiences, interests, attitude, personal characteristics, and education/qualifications. We use web based tests (logistical thinking test and personality test), interviews in both Chinese and English as well as business cases. Experience of having studied abroad is an advantage. Other language skills other than Chinese and English are seen as merits.
