招聘职位：Design Program Manager & Senior Designer

任职资格：
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in design, interior, product, fashion, graphic, etc.
2. Experience working on any of these industries: automotive, home appliance, fashion, furniture, 3C, FMCG.
3. Highly skilled in design software, particularly on Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. · Proficient skills in MS office suite.
4. A good sense of fashion trends and understanding of technologies behind them.
5. Intellectually powerful and agile: curious, rigorous, and creative.
6. Self-motivated, responsible, and ability to work independently as well as part of a multi-cultural team.
7. Ability to work closely with other teams, including sales, product development, manufacturing, engineering, etc.
8. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects across functions and with multiple customers.
9. Effective and proven relationship development skills.
10. Effective and proven verbal and written communications skills.
11. Effective presentation and public speaking skills.
12. Good written and spoken English.

岗位职责：
1. You will identify new business opportunities in advance of forecasting services to the team through frequent contact with color & trim designers.
2. You will propose leather products to support business plan targeted programs, this is done with frequent customer meetings and product or trend presentations targeting specific models.
3. You will identify product needs and gaps for specific program based on early and often interaction with color & trim designers.
4. You will generate design concepts or appropriate aesthetic properties and apply them on our product.
5. You will develop CMF effect by close interaction with color & trim designers.
6. You will create digital artworks and prototypes to satisfy different OEM brands and differentiated requirements from OEM design studios.
