突发 ⚠️ 自今日（3月17日）零时起，境外来陕返陕的所有人员（包括通过境外直接进入或从国内其他城市中转进入），必须积极配合有关单位做好核酸检测、集中隔离14天等疫情防控措施，相关费用由个人承担。
BREAKING ⚠️ Starting today, all international arrivals to Xi'an (directly, or transitting via another Chinese city) are now required a 14-day quarantine at a government-designated location at their own expense, even if they do not have coronavirus symptoms.

Starting today (March 17th), all international arrivals to Shaanxi will have to enter a compulsory 14-day quarantine at a government-designated location at their own expense, even if they are not exhibiting any coronavirus symptoms.
This new rule is both for passengers entering directly, or transferring through another domestic entry point from (including air, railway, car, etc.) from abroad. All passengers are required to cooperate with the measurement taken.
从3月17日零时起，境外来陕返陕的中国公民或外国公民，通过境外直接进入或从国内其他城市中转进入我省，必须第一时间主动将本人基本信息、健康状况、活动轨迹向车站、机场等检疫人员和社区工作人员如实报告，并积极配合有关单位做好核酸检测、集中隔离14天等疫情防控措施，相关费用由个人承担。
Travelers without medical insurance will have to bear their own medical costs. For those with basic medical insurance, part of the expenses can be covered by medical care and local government's subsidies. Reported quarantine costs are around 3000-7500RMB for 2 weeks.
境外来陕返陕的中国公民或外国公民隔离期间如出现相关症状，要迅速做好个人防护，由各集中隔离点专车送发热门诊就诊排查。检查费用及确诊病例、疑似病例的诊疗费用按医保政策报销。未参加医疗保险的人员，医疗费用原则上由患者个人负担。
Colleagues, family and friends with travelers returning from abroad, are required to inform the authorities in advance (though no further information given), so they can implement the necessary health and quarantine measures. If refusing to cooperate, intentionally hide or false report with the risk to cause public danger of spreading the outbreak, legal action will be taken.
全省各级党政机关、企事业单位工作人员，在得知有亲属、朋友及相关人员即将由境外来陕返陕的信息后，务必第一时间向本人所在单位报告情况，单位要第一时间将信息报告给当地县（市、区）疫情防控部门。用工单位要按照“谁用工、谁负责”“谁经营、谁负责”的原则，主动向所在乡镇、街道、社区报告境外来陕返陕人员信息。对隐瞒接触史、旅居史、谎报病情或拒不执行疫情防控措施，引发新冠肺炎疫情传播或造成传播危险的境外来陕返陕人员，将依法严肃追究法律责任。
