触目惊心！该杰出学者疯狂灌水这个领域的顶尖杂志，没想到被发现伪造数据等学术不端行为，后被撤稿达115篇

2022年5月9日，Journal of Clinical Anesthesia （IF=9.38，麻醉科领域排名第一的杂志）撤回了Hironobu Ueshima发表题为的“Cerebral infarction in cervical plexus block' Erector spinae plane block for carotid endarterectomy”文章，主要原因是没有进行任何研究，包括患者背景在内的所有数据都是捏造的，另外该文章存在不适当署名。

2022年4月6日，Journal of Clinical Anesthesia 撤回了Hironobu Ueshima发表题为的“The ultrasound-guided continuous transmuscular quadratus lumborum block is effective analgesia for the total hip arthroplasty”文章，主要原因是文章所有的数据都是伪造/捏造，作者没有做任何研究。

2022年4月4日，Journal of Clinical Anesthesia 一口气撤回了Hironobu Ueshima署名的47篇文章，根据日本麻醉医师协会的调查得出的结论，Hironobu Ueshima涉嫌不适当署名，伪造，篡改，捏造数据等学术不端行为。

另外，其他时间Journal of Clinical Anesthesia 撤回了Hironobu Ueshima的61篇文章，故截至到2022年5月15日，Journal of Clinical Anesthesia共撤回了Hironobu Ueshima的110篇文章。

Hironobu Ueshima在其他的2个杂志发表的5篇文章，也于近期被撤回，故Retraction编辑部共统计到115篇Hironobu Ueshima署名的文章被撤稿（文中有详细列表）。

据了解，Hironobu Ueshima之前的大学在调查中指出，这位高产的研究者篡改过研究结果，伪造了数据，也在论文署名中做过手脚。2021年5月14日，日本麻醉师学会也发布了英文版的调查报告，报告中列举了Ueshima的142篇论文存在捏造数据和作者身份不当的问题，包括120篇Letters，12篇原始研究，9篇病例报告。调查还发现有一些尚未发表的研究也存在科研不当行为。

Journal of Clinical Anesthesia (JCA) 涉及麻醉实践的所有方面，包括麻醉管理、药代动力学、术前和术后注意事项、共存疾病和其他复杂因素、成本问题以及麻醉医师每天面临的类似问题。

该杂志的核心是对与临床实践相关的主题的原创贡献，并经过严格的同行评审。备受尊敬的国际专家共同组成了编委，分享他们多年的经验和临床专业知识。Journal of Clinical Anesthesia 的最新影响因子为9.45，麻醉科领域排名第一的杂志。
