本周的【Amieeats】想和大家分享一家我超中意的 —— 双下巴轻食。
This week's 【Amieeats】 is sharing one of my favorite brunch spots, and there are more than just brunch at Doublechin Cafe.
Delish food can bring a smile to everyone's face and brunch is always a good idea. There's something lovely about meeting with your best friends over brunch in the city, or taking a Sunday walk in the sunshine to grab a bite to eat.

又到周末啦，意味着又可以吃个Brunch （早午餐）了呢！作为一个Brunch资深爱好者，Brunch不仅是一个时间概念，更是一种惬意的慢生活方式。周日早上最开心的事莫过于睡到自然醒后，沐浴着阳光去吃好吃的早午餐，感受来自生活的爱意。
作为双下巴的忠实顾客，见证了它快一年的变化。这家餐厅打动我的不止是主厨Mike花心思、时间设计的创意料理和精致美食，他很励志的追梦旅程，还有和台湾小姐姐Ann超甜的爱情故事。
高品质的食材做出的美味，轻ins风的装修简单却很舒服，加上超级用心和有温度的服务，人均84元的消费其实并不贵。简直是网红餐厅里的一股清流~
There's something special about Doublechin. Maybe it's because I'm friend with the chef and eat there too often, or the warm glow of the lighting in the simple yet instagrammable dining area that makes me feel at home. A large part of it is probably the fact that when I can't figure out where to grab some comfy food or eating with friends, Doublechin is my go-to, and it's always a safe bet coz Chef Mike and his team know what they're doing and they are killing it.
On the side note, their menu changes seasonally, so be sure to go back to try them all, you will be surprised.

阿米推荐之主食
虽然开业不到一年，双下巴的菜单已经换了几轮。虽然菜品不多，但都有自己的特色，很多都是融合菜，结合各地风味。每次上新总会有几道让人耳目一新或印象深刻的菜。已经下架的就不介绍啦，推荐几款回头率比较高的：
三芭虾米炒饭配柠檬鸡还有已经下架的“12小时仁当牛肉”，味道简直惊艳。对马来菜很挑剔的我吃完竟然还怀念了一波以前在马来餐厅做工的日子，期待Mike未来可以推出更多马来新加坡菜系的美食。
法式油封鸭腿，常驻比利时的小伙伴尝完之后赞不绝口。鸭肉外酥内嫩，搭配的橙子酱汁和南瓜泥也非常喜欢，推荐~
小吃的话个人比较喜欢QQ烤年糕和咸蛋超人薯条，之前还有个松露薯条，不过下架了。
Home to traditional Singaporean flavors with modern Australian brunch flair and some of the creative combination in the Du, Doublechin has won over the hearts of locals and visitors. With the reasonable average cost of 84 RMB per person, you will have a main course with a drink. Oh did I mention their friendly service？That's another bonus point of dining at Doublechin Cafe.
Chef Mike and his team is dedicated to serving homemade Australian and Asian fusion dishes using only the finest and freshest ingredients. With various savory and sweet options to choose from, they truly have something for everyone!
Most popluar dishes include 【Duck Confit】, 【Sambal fried rice with lemon chicken】. Their 【Salted egg fries】 and 【Truffle fries】 are super tasty too.

阿米推荐之饮品
双下巴的饮品选择非常多，除了咖啡、果汁和茶，还有一些由Mike自己设计的饮品。推荐他家独有的 【梦幻柚子泡泡】 和 【紫色的味道】，味道清爽，适合拍照，夏日必备饮品~
Admittedly, food can take awhile to arrive at your table, so you might as well start with a beverage. You options include not only normal coffee & tea choices but also a few eye-openers such as 【Bubbly Yuzu】 and 【Taste like Purple】created by Chef Mike.

阿米推荐之甜点
平淡的日子里需要一点甜，爱吃甜点的阿米容易开心。最开始被Mike的【西班牙法式吐司】圈粉，到后来的【双下巴松饼蛋糕】和最近网上很火的【阿芙佳朵】，真是一家每次来都会有惊喜，还去不腻的店。
Looking for something sweet? One of my favorite desserts at Doublechin was their 【Churros French toast】, sadly it's off the menu now. But the 【Doublechin berry hotcake】 and insta-famous 【Affogato】 sound inviting. And they were just as good as they look.
