位于迪拜自贸区的办公室急需HR一位,主要负责英语国家的员工招聘。


要求:

1.有两年以上HR工作经验

2.英语水平佳,雅思6.5以上或专八,有海外留学经验,执行能力强

3.常驻迪拜


待遇:底薪2万人民币+月度奖金+年终奖金

Position 2: Secretary

Company Info:

Severin Household Electric Appliances (Shenzhen) Co.,Ltd.

Severin Germany was founded in 1892, a history of 127 years. It mainly produces household electric appliances such as Coffee Maker, Egg boilers, Barbecue Grill etc., The head office has advanced automation workshop, professional technical research and development team, modern warehousing and logistics system and equipment. In Europe, Severin Brand has been received a famous reputation with its excellence quality and durability.


Job Description:

1. Pick up incoming call internal&outside , make record of content ,meanwhile notice relative staff of SEA.

2. Pick up document or product from courier, send out file or samples via courier, meanwhile following up.

3. Assist manager to deal with file management, update related documents everyday.

4. Assistant Manager to deal with the daily issues, and communicate with relevant department.

5. Assistant Manager to make related arrangement for customer visit , including transprortation, meeting room, exhibition samples, lunch arrangement etc; and prepare&follow up meeting minutes;

6. Assit After Sales Engineer to follow up the customer satifaction questionnaire and customer coplanints in time;

7. Assist manager to prepare related documents, including PI, INV, etc.

8. Assist manager to input order data from customer to ERP Fill in delivery note Responsible for collecting document to LAB for CCC appication

9. Responsible for office stationary management, update all stationary & tools based on using situation, as well as apply for new ones.

10. Responsible for samples management, updating and record Administration related work, such as cost bill collecting & handing to ACC, Office cleaning image maintaining.

11. Handing the jobs arranged by managers.


Job Qualification:

1. Education : college degree or above2. Majored in : Administration ,trade or English related 3. Training experience: training with receptionist or office work4.Technics & skills : experienced in office software tools , good communication skills5. Over quality: Be enthusiastic about job, reliable , have a strong sense of responsibility and good  sense of team work.6. No need related work experience.
