Citizens from more than 70 countries can return to China soon

More good news, recently, Chinese embassies in many countries have announced that they will start accepting visa applications for free to people who hold a valid residence permit but stuck abroad, at first it was just for a few countries. This has now been implemented in many countries as well, the latest announcement is from the Chinese Embassy in Tanzania, see the information below for more info. Note that the template is the same for all countries mentioned, students still need a permission from their relevant university to be able to apply for an entry visa.
