E-Commerce Manager – Smart Home Products
Job Description 工作内容：
The E-Commerce Manager will be based in ShenZhen, likely to be in the NanShan district. Candidate can also choose to travel daily from Hong Kong to ShenZhen if you are living in HK now.
The successful candidate will be the main driver to define the entire e-commerce strategy, manage the budgeting process and the recruitment of the key members of the e-commerce team
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, develop and maintain a simple yet efficient website/online store
The online shop will market and sell products which suits the following keywords: smart home, lifestyle, anti-covid, technology, 5G home etc. The product can be self-made or sourced.
The E-commerce team is responsible for product sourcing to maintain and achieve best operation of the online shop.
Market research is a big part of your job. We need to know the product pipeline is liked by the market or not. It is an important thing to know before mass producing the products in the pipeline.
The successful candidate will hire new employees to operate and maintain the online shop's operation. You will setup up your own team.
The plan is to grow the operation, marketing team, e-commerce, and the product development team, to 100 people within 2 years.
You will have plenty of chance to contribute to the success of the new sub-division, in fact, a new company.
Requirements 要求條件：
The candidate should possess at least 5 years online shop selling / maintenance experiences.
Experience in setting up and develop website and online shop for lifestyle and smart home products is essential.
Aggressive and be ready to work in a fast-growing environment where there is limited direction from the boss.
Thorough understanding of the China markets a must.
Extensive Market Research experience is a MUST. Candidate is required to convince the hiring manager that you are knowledgeable in various ways of market research and at reasonable cost.
Possess knowledge of best practices in posting advertisement on Facebook, Youtube, Wechat, Weibo and the like. How do we get the most out of money spent in these advertisements?
Strong English and Chinese written and spoken capability. Cantonese a plus.
Candidate who is available immediately will be considered a priority
An attractive renumeration will be provided to suitable candidate.
Payment: RMB 25-30K

3. 客戶線上諮詢回覆與互動
4. 透過CRM系統開發與維護客戶忠誠度
要求條件：
1. 在學歷大專或以上
2. 熟悉電腦操作，包括Word, Excel, PowerPoint 等等
3. 必須了解網購，網路社群經營概念
4. 有埋KOL經驗優先
