Bhutan or the Kingdom of Bhutan is a country in Asia, it borders India and China. Its capital city is Thimphu and its official language is Dzongkha. Druk Yul is the local name of Bhutan and it translates to "Land of the thunder Dragon."
不丹全称不丹王国是亚洲的国家，它毗邻印度和中国。不丹的首都是廷布。不丹的官方语言是宗喀语。Druk Yul是不丹的本地名，翻译成“雷龙之地”。
National Anthem 国歌
The national anthem of Bhutan is Druk tsendhen, which translates to "The Thunder Dragon Kingdom."
不丹的国歌是Druk Tsendhen，翻译成“雷龙王国”。
Currency 货币
The official currency used in Bhutan is Ngultrum (BTN).
不丹使用的官方货币是努尔特鲁姆（BTN）。
National Flag 国旗
According to the Bhutan government website, the National Flag of Bhutan is divided diagonally into equal yellow and orange halves. The division starts from the lower corner of the flag where it is hoisted and runs along the diagonally opposite corner. The yellow portion lies on the upper part of the diagonal division and it represents the yellow scarf worn by His Majesty, which in turn represents the being of His Majesty, the King. The orange portion lies on the lower part of the flag and it represents the orange scarf worn by the Je Khenpo, the religious head of the country. The National Flag has a white dragon which spreads equally along with the diagonal division towards the upper end. The dragon holds Norbu(jewel) by its claws.

Gross National Happiness 国民幸福总值
The country measures Gross National Happiness "GNH" instead of "GDP" to emphasize that happiness is the most important. It is the first country in the world to ban the production and sale of tobacco products, it is illegal to smoke in public areas, but private use is tolerated.
这个国家的特点是它衡量国民幸福总值“GNH”而不是“GDP”，强调幸福是最重要的。它是世界上第一个禁止生产和销售烟草产品的国家，在公共场所吸烟是非法的，但是私人使用是可以的。
National Natural Symbols 国家自然象征
Natural symbols of Bhutan are its national flower, the Himalayan blue poppy; its national tree, the Himalayan cypress; its national bird, the raven; and its national animal, the takin.

People 人民
The indigenous population of Bhutan is the Drukpa. It is made up of three main ethnic groups, the Sharchops, the Ngalops, and the Lhotsampas.

Clothes 服装
In order to preserve traditional culture, Bhutanese wear the traditional clothing that has been worn for centuries. Men wear a Gho, which is a long robe tied around the waist by a small belt called a kera. Women wear a dress called Kira.
为了保护传统文化，不丹人穿几个世纪以来的传统服装。男人穿着Gho，这是一条长袍，被一条称为kera的小皮带绑在腰上。女人穿的衣服叫基拉（Kira）。
The National Museum 国家博物馆
This is the premier museum of Bhutan, it contains thangkas (Buddhist paintings), historic artifacts, and festival masks.

Thimphu 廷布
At 2,334 meters above sea level, Thimphu is the fifth highest capital city by altitude, after La Paz in Bolivia (3,640m), Quito in Ecuador (2,850m), Bogota in Colombia (2,625), and Addis Ababa in Ethiopia (2,355). The citizens of Bhutan rejected traffic lights in their city when they were installed because they thought that they were ugly. It is the only capital city in the world that do not have traffic lights.

Human Traffic Light? 人肉红绿灯？
Human traffic is used instead of traffic lights and is the main landmark and tourist attraction of the town. The hand gestures of these traffic controllers seem to come across as a little bit exaggerated and looks like he's dancing!

Largest Buddha Statue in the World 世界上最大的佛像
This is the largest Buddha statue in the world. It is made of copper, gilded in gold, and filled with 125,000 smaller golden Buddha statues.

Dochu La Pass 道奇拉山口
The distance between Thimphu and the city of Punakha(below) is about eight-five kilometers through Dochu La Pass, at this pass, there are a hundred and eight stupas built as a memorial for the Bhutanese soldiers who were killed by Indian insurgents in 2003.

Punakha 普纳卡
Punakha is relatively warmer than Thimpu in winter and is at an elevation of 1,200 meters above sea level. Surrounded by hills all around, it resembles the meadows of paradise, full of paddy fields that produces two rice crops in a year. It is also home to the Palace of Great Happiness that was constructed in 1637 and has the most beautiful Dzong in the country.
普纳卡（Punakha）冬天比廷布（Thimpu）温暖，它在海拔1200米。四周群山环抱，宛如天堂的草甸，水田密布，一年种两季水稻。是建于1637年的大幸福宫所在地，也有该国最美丽的宗城。
Punakha Dzong 普纳卡宗
Dzong translates to "fortress" and there are numerous Dzongs in this country. Now they are used for cultural and religious activities, not only that, but they are also used to preserve national treasures, weapons, national literature etc.

Other major cities in Bhutan include Samdrup Jongkhar, Geylegphug, Paro, Trashigang, Wangdue Phodrang, Daga Dzong, Trongsa.

Jigme Dorji National Park 吉梅多吉国家公园
The Jigme Dorji is the second largest national park in Bhutan. Because it covers areas ranging in elevation from 1400 to 7000 metres, it houses an incredibly varied biodiversity. The place is one of the best places to see in Punakha and indeed Bhutan for birdwatchers. You may chance upon the occasional red panda or blue sheep here. The endangered Himalayan Black bear, snow leopard and Bengal Tiger are also found here.

Mo Chhu 莫楚
Mo Chhu, literally the Mother, is an extremely important river in the consciousness of this nation. The river passes into the Mo Chhu valley and then into the Devil’s Gorge which is a popular place for thrill-seekers to go kayaking or river rafting.
Mo Chhu的意思是母亲，在这个国家是一条极其重要的河流。这条河进入莫楚河谷，然后进入魔鬼峡谷，这是寻求刺激的人用皮划艇或漂流最受欢迎的地方。

Touring Bhutan can be very expensive, touring for a single day can cost not less than 250 us$.
