School Permitted to Invite Int'l Students Back to China

According to a leaked email from NYU Shanghai, the school will send invitation letters and a full set of instructions to its students on October 9 explaining steps that they can follow to secure their return to China. The instructions will help them apply for a new visa and return to continue with studies. It has also made it clear that, the new development includes new students who are entering the first year as well.
