Man pays more than 100K for a taxi ride

Although several days have passed, Ms Dong Ling of Xi'an still can't process or start to understand much of what happened few days ago, this is because she met a man whom netizens have dubbed the most "boastful" passenger in history.
It all started at 9:00 p.m. on December 29, 2020, when she drove a 40 year old middle-aged man from the E-City to the nearby Bianjia village, upon reaching his destination, the man paid taxi fare using Wechat Pay.
The total amount was 10.9 yuan which is absolutely reasonable. But after the passenger paid, Dong Ling was surprised to find that he paid a sum of 100,090 yuan. By the time she realized the mistake on the billl, the male passenger had already opened the door, Dong Ling quickly stopped him and said "You gave the wrong amount, you gave more than required!"
The man didn't seem to care, and without hesitation he said "If it is more then I give it to you, I don't need it." Wow! Bruh!
She noticed that the man was a bit drunk, and so she told him "Do you know how much you paid? It is 100,000 yuan more!"
Thats when the male passenger got back to his senses. In order to transfer the money back to him, Dong Ling added his wechat and sent him batches of 5,000 yuan each 20 times. After returning all the amount, she said, she then left with ease.
