Winter vacation arrangement for students in Shenzhen

Guangdong has announced winter vacation arrangement for students in various schools in the province. Considering that all places in the province are low-risk areas and the students in kindergartens, primary and secondary schools are local students, the holiday schedule for kindergartens, primary and secondary schools in the province will stick to the normal school calendar.

The official announcement of Shenzhen's winter vacation schedule

-Winter vacation for kindergartens and compulsory schools in the 2020-2021 academic year will start on January 24, 2021, ending on February 20, 2021 (4 weeks in total)

-Winter vacation for normal high schools starts from January 31, 2021 and ends on February 20 (3 weeks in total)

-The opening time for the new term of normal primary, secondary schools and kindergartens in the city is February 22, 2021

-Winter vacation for secondary vocational schools starts from January 25, 2021 and ends on February 27 (a total of 5 weeks), new term will start on March 1.

Note:

Do not leave Shenzhen 

if it is not necessary

The leaders of the municipal and district education administrative departments and schools (kindergartens) should take the lead in celebrating spring festival in Shenzhen. If it is not necessary, do not leave Shenzhen and it is strictly forbidden to go to medium and high-risk areas. You should obtain an official approval if you need to leave Shenzhen.
