On its 2020 spring recruitment announcement, it was noted that the lowest education level they were targeting was Master's degree. In addition, they were targeting only fresh graduates from domestic and overseas university who graduated from September 1, 2019 to August 31,2020.

Recruatment notice

According to the school's principal, this is not the first time their school went viral because of its "luxurious" recruitment lineup.

In 2019, they recruited 35 teachers, among them, 20 are graduates from Tsinghua and Peking Universities, one graduated from Harvard University, and 32 of them have Master's degrees, while three of them have post doctorate degree.

According to the official website of the school, it insists on "cultivating excellent talents using excellent teachers".

In recent years, it has recruited more than 100 excellent graduates from Harvard University, Cambridge University, National University of Singapore, Peking University, Tsinghua University, University of science and technology of China and other famous universities at home and abroad to Shenzhen middle school.

So you might be asking how much do they pay them? Zhu Huawei, the principal of Shenzhen high school, responded that the school do not give high salary to Qingbei graduates. "The salary is exactly the same as that of other municipal schools in Shenzhen."

Netizens were quick to point out that these people are just too overqualified to teach middle school students. What do you think, is it misuse of talents? Let us know in the comment section~
