即日起，各用人单位办理外籍人员工作许可和居留许可业务均可登陆该平台申报。
Starting today, employers can apply for work and residence permit of foreign employees through a new platform of intergrated services for foreigners.

申报方式
How to Apply
符合条件即可同时申报工作许可类业务和居留许可类业务，也可根据申请实际情况选择申报单一业务。
Applicants meeting the requirements can apply for work and residence permit at the same time. Depending on the situation, applicants can also choose to apply one permit at a time.

业务流程
Flow of Operation
(1) 同时申报：线上选择并联业务提交申请-材料预审核-预约-窗口交材料-审核-证件制作-通知取证。流程如下：
(1) Apply Both Permit at a Time：Apply online -> Pass review -> Receive a message(SMS) notification -> Reserve an appointment -> Go to the service window and get a number -> Approved -> Printing Permit -> Notifying applicants' employee -> Retrieve the permit.
(2) 居/停留单一业务：线上选择居留/停留业务提交申请-材料预审核-预约-窗口交材料-审核-证件制作-通知取证。流程如下：
(2) Applying for residence：Choose service work/residence permit you want to apply -> Reviewing materials -> Apppointment -> Submit materials offline -> Verification -> Making the certificate -> Notififying applicants to retrive the certificate.
(3.1) 工作许可单一业务：线上选择需预约类工作许可业务提交申请-材料预审核-预约-窗口交材料-审核-证件制作-通知取证。流程如下：
(3.1) Applying for Work Permit：Apply online -> Reviewing your materials -> Make an appointment -> Submit materials offline -> Verification -> Making the certificate -> Notify applicant to retrieve the certificate.
(3.2) 工作许可单一业务：线上选择无需预约类工作许可业务提交申请-材料预审核-受理审核-证件制作-通知取证。流程如下：
(3.2) Applying for work permit (another way)：No need for online appointment -> Previewing materials -> Verification -> Making the certificate -> Notifying applicant to retrieve the certificate

Highlights 亮点
The intergrated services platform has helped to shorten duration of application for both of the permits from 14 days to 7 days.
Not only that, but also the system has other two services as well, that is notification by sms of permit's expiry and synchronization of temporary residence.
The system will synchonize information and send to the registration system, this way foreigners won't need to go to the police station to update their information anymore.
作为全国首个跨出入境和外专两个部门垂直业务系统的办事平台，通过与线下的外国人居留事务服务中心深度融合，实现外籍人员办证“六个一”，即：“一套材料，一套表单，一次申请，一窗受理，一网通办，一次办结”，办理两证时限从以往14个工作日缩短到7个工作日。
除办证服务外，平台还有两个非常贴心的功能：
一是证件到期提醒。证件即将到期时平台通过短信主动通知，提醒外籍人员及时延期换发。
二是同步临住信息。通过平台办理的证件信息和采集的居住信息会同步推送临住登记系统，外籍人员无需再到派出所更新信息。
