Video of a Group of Foreigners on a Train Goes Viral Online

Recently, a video showing a group of foreign passengers drinking beer and speaking loudly on a train was circulated on various medias online.
What made the video go viral is how they were not observing pandemic prevention and control measures such as wearing masks properly.
People who were on the same train recalled that there were more than 10 foreign passengers who not only were not wearing masks properly, but also some of them were standing/kneeling on the train seats chatting with others on the back of their seats.
Railway staff repeatedly reminded them to put on their masks and observe pandemic prevention and control measures, to which they obliged but would go on to remove them as soon as the railway staff was not on their sight.
The Shanghai Railway Bureau issued a statement on it's Weibo account saying that train staff and police gave those passengers warning and instructions on how to observe pandemic prevention and control measures and lower their voices.
The bureau also reminded all passengers to carefully observe pandemic prevention and control measures and maintain a safe and quality travel atmosphere.
