Netizens Can't Get Enough of This Foreigner's Singing Voice

Steven might not be the name of a famous person in China in the ears of most of the people, but he is also the person who is soothing them with his voice and his fluent Mandarin. He went viral in 2011, when he won the "Avenue of Stars" talent show.

He has since appeared in various large scale events and national television shows in China, as well as opening for major events around the country such as CCTV's "Kaimen Daji", Jiangsu TV's "Feichang Liaode", Xiamen TV's "Jidan Peng Shitou", and BTV's "New Year's Gala", just to name a few. 

Steven, also known by his famous Chinese name that he is recognized with by many in China, Haodi, is someone who is full of energy and his success might clog many people's eyes on seeing how he became the household name in China. 

Actually, before he won the "Avenue of Stars" talent show in 2011, he participated on the same talent show and didn't win in 2005. He didn't give up, he kept pushing until he won. This shows that resilience and hard work pays, not otherwise.

Even in 2021, he is still making waves and netizens couldn't get enough of his singing voice, such that when he released his new video above he quickly went viral online --again. His Chinese language skills also became a focal point of discussions among netizens, many of them commenting that he not only can sing, but his Chinese is also far better than theirs.
