New Requirements for Individuals Entering Guangdong

From December 28, the national public health hotline 12320 was officially opened in Guangdong Province. It is used to identify individuals at risk of infection with covid-19 and its variants.
Among the individuals who are at risk of infections are inbound passengers arriving in the province from ports and medium- or high-risk areas in other provinces.
To curb the outbreak, inbound passengers mentioned above must fill in a form on the WeChat mini-program, "粤省事" (pinyin: Yue Sheng Shi), to report their whereabouts prior to entering Guangdong province.
They must also answer a phone call or reply to messages received from 12320 when entering the province. If for some reason you missed the call, you are urged to call back within 48 hours.
How to Fill in the Form?
