Int'l Travel Health Certificate is Open to Foreigners in China

The International Travel Health Certificate issued by the National Health Commision of the PRC is now available to foreign nationals who are vaccinated against Covid-19 in the Chinese mainland.
The certificate provides proofs of one's nucleic acid test and serum antibody results, vaccine inoculation and other information.
How to Apply
Tap the image above to open the mini program where you can apply for the certificate, once open, you will see the following page.
Tap the area shown by the arrow above and then fill in all your information as shown below.
Here, make sure the name and ID type matches the ones you used to get vaccine.
After verification, you will receive the certificate as shown below:
Can I print the certificate? Yes, you can, here is how:
Check the button with words "PDF" on the page, by tapping it you will be able to receive the ready-to-print document as shown below:
