According to recent announcements from Chinese embassies in Russia, the United States, Spain, Poland, the United Arab Emirates, Bangladesh, South Korea, Ireland, and a few other countries, due to the epidemic situation and the mutation characteristics of the Omicron strain, the requirements for pre-departure testing, isolation management, and applying for Health Declaration Certificates/Codes (HDCs) for passengers departing from these countries have been simplified.
Russia
Before:
●Before boarding, you must have nucleic acid testing on the 7th, 2nd, and 1st days, as well as antibody testing and present immunization certificates and a "self-health monitoring form."
●10 days of isolation
Now:
●Two nucleic acid tests were conducted at specified testing facilities in Moscow on the second day before boarding.
●Antibody tests, immunisation certificates, and a "self-health monitoring form" are not required.
●ALL travellers travelling to China will be placed in isolation for seven days.

U.S.A.
Before:
●PCR testing for 7 days and 24 hours, antigen testing for 12 hours before departure
●Self-quarantine for 7 days,
●IgM testing for non-inactivated vaccination recipients.
Now:
●Before boarding, many institutes do 48h and 24h nucleic acid rt-PCR tests.
●Before boarding, there is a 12-hour antigen test.
●Self-quarantine for seven days is unnecessary.
●IgM testing is unnecessary.

Spain
Before:
●Antigen testing and 7-day nucleic acid testing (or "double testing") are required before travel.
●People who have had a past infection should have their lungs CT or X-rayed.
●Personnel accepting non-inactivated vaccines should have their serum IgM antibody (containing N protein) tested.
●Vaccination Statement and Self-Health Monitoring Form
●7-day quarantine at home prior to leaving
Now:
●Before boarding, many institutes conduct 48-hour and 24-hour nucleic acid rt-PCR tests.
●Antigen testing for 12 hours before boarding
●There is no requirement for a CT scan or X-ray, IgM antibody testing, a Self Health Monitoring Form and Vaccination Statement, or a home quarantine.

Poland
Before:
●People who have had a past infection should have their lungs CT or X-rayed.
●Personnel accepting non-inactivated vaccines should have their serum IgM antibody (containing N protein) tested.
●21 days of isolation
Now:
●Before boarding, 24 hours of double nucleic acid rt-PCR testing and 12 hours of antigen testing were conducted at several institutes.
●There is no requirement for a CT or X-ray scan or IgM antibody testing.

Before:
●10 days of isolation
●Nucleic acid testing for 21 or 14 days, plus two nucleic acid and antigen tests before departure
●People who have had a past infection should have their lungs CT or X-rayed.
●21 days of isolation
Now:
●Before boarding, there will be a 48-hour double Nucleic acid rt-PCR test and a 12-hour Nucleic acid rt-PCR test.
●There is no need for a CT scan or X-ray.
●Antibody testing for IgM is not required (Except for taking Etihad Airways flights, 48h IgM antibody testing is still required).
●10 days of isolation

Bangladesh
Before:
●People who have had a past infection should have their lungs CT or X-rayed.
●7 days of isolation (21 days for Chinese)
Now:
●Before boarding, there will be a 48-hour double Nucleic acid rt-PCR test and a 12-hour Nucleic acid rt-PCR test.
●2 Nucleic acid rt-PCR testing instead of CT or X-ray examination
●Antibody testing for IgM and IgG is not required.
●5 days of isolation (10 days for Chinese)
