The "Belt and Road" has created a powerful opportunity to expand Sino-Japanese economic and trade cooperation, according to Professor Shenglin. As reported in the recently published white paper "Chinese Economy and Japanese Enterprises 2019," Japanese investment in China increased by 16.5% in 2018.
