I’m still young but I’ve had quite a hard few years. At 14 I tried to commit suicide because my parents were too busy, there was a lot of pressure from school and my boyfriend at that time cheated on me with a friend. When I look back, we were young and foolish. I don’t regret anything I’ve done but I’m very glad I’m alive and well. After a battle with depression and some long hard days and nights, I feel much better. My parents are both teachers. My mum teaches English at a high school and my dad teaches Russian at university. When my dad was younger he studied in Russia so he is pretty open and supportive of the things I want to do. Me and my mum love to travel and in 2016 we spent a month traveling around Europe. My mum is also very open and supportive. I’m still a university student but I’m obsessed about make-up and my dream is to be a special effects makeup artist so, in my free time, I like to study the techniques and materials used in horror films.

我还很年轻，却已历经磨难。十四岁时，我试图自杀。因为那时我父母很忙，学业上压力很大，男朋友劈腿，和我朋友好上了。回首往事，我们都太年轻，太傻了。我不后悔做过的任何事情，而且很庆幸我还活得好好的。在经历了与抑郁症的斗争，经历了许多漫长痛苦的日日夜夜后，我感觉好多了。我的父母都是老师，我妈妈在高中教英语，爸爸在大学教俄语。我爸爸年轻的时候留学俄罗斯，所以他很开明，支持我做想做的事。我和妈妈喜欢旅行，2016年我们花了一个月的时间在欧洲旅游。我妈妈也很开明，很支持我。我还是个在校大学生，但我对化妆很痴迷，我的梦想是做一个特效化妆师，所以空闲时间我喜欢研究恐怖电影里使用的化妆技术和材料。
