I belong to the Yi minority and there are over 20 different kinds, all with different dialects, clothing, food, traditions and festivals. These are the clothes that my sub minority wears but we don't wear these types of clothes on a daily basis. We only really wear these clothes during festival times. Today I'm wearing them because I am dancing in the park, others can take photos of me and see what they look like. My mum made them for me but to buy them, they cost around 1000 yuan. These feathers in my hat I found myself. My home town is about 3 hours from here by car. It's a great place to explore minority cultures as there are many different monitories all living together in one place.

我是彝族的，彝族内部又分20多种不同的族群，每个族的方言、服装、食物、传统和节日都不一样。这些衣服是我第二个副族的服装，但是我们平常一般不穿，只会在过节的时候穿。我今天穿这些衣服是因为我要去公园跳舞给别人看，他们可以给我拍照，看看我们的衣服是什么样子的。我穿的这衣服是我妈妈帮我做的，如果自己买的话，要1000块钱左右。我帽子上的羽毛是我自己找来的。我老家离这里坐车大概要3个小时左右，那里很漂亮，有很多少数民族，那里的少数民族文化值得探索。
