项目经理
CCAPP 秘书处现招聘1名项目经理,参与相关研究、项目管理与交流等工作;
工作职责
开展国内外清洁空气与气候变化相关政策、方法和技术等相关中英文研究报告和评估报告的编制工作;
独立撰写清洁空气、气候变化领域专家观点、分析类文章,为政府部门空气质量改善行动、气候行动提供技术支持和建议;
为政策传播提供思路与专业建议;
与国内和国际研究机构共同开展清洁空气、碳中和相关技术和政策相关研究工作;
项目管理相关事宜。
职位要求
热爱生态环保事业,富有责任感、使命感、主人翁意识;
环境类、能源电力类、城市规划类、交通类、公共政策类或相关专业硕士及以上学历(或优秀本科生具有丰富领域内工作经验),有NGO 相关工作经历者优先;
具备大气污染防治、气候变化应对、低碳发展、低碳技术等领域研究和项目管理经验,富有开拓性,具备独立和批判的思考能力、良好的数据及政策分析能力、解决问题能力;
具有较强独立开展工作以及处理多个任务的能力;
学而不厌,诲人不倦。具有良好的学习能力、协调领导能力;
良好的中英文写作能力及口语表达能力。
项目官员
CCAPP 秘书处现招聘1名项目官员,支持项目经理开展专业研究、项目管理等工作;
工作职责
协助开展国内外清洁空气与气候变化政策、方法和技术等相关中英文研究报告和评估报告的编制工作,协助完成研究报告;
协助与国内和国际研究机构共同开展清洁空气、碳中和技术与政策相关研究;
通过文献梳理、数据分析及地图绘制等工作支持相关领域学术研究及政策分析;
完成负责人交予的其他任务。
职位要求
环境类、能源电力类、城市规划类、交通类、公共政策类或相关专业硕士及以上学历(优秀本科生亦可),有NGO 相关工作经历者优先;
具备大气污染防治、气候变化应对、低碳发展、低碳技术领域相关研究和项目管理经验,有较强政策分析能力;
熟悉数据分析软件,如MATLAB等;有地图绘制经验,如ArcGIS等;
良好的中英文写作能力,较好的英语口语表达能力;
具有良好的沟通能力和学习能力,以及较强的团队协作能力。

China Clean Air Policy Partnership (CCAPP) is founded by Top 10 China Atmospheric Science institutes, including Tsinghua University, Peking University, Chinese Academy of Environmental Planning, etc, and supported by Energy Foundation China. Our mission is to “Improve air quality, find the synergistic pathway to achieve air pollutants and greenhouse gases emission reductions, tackle climate change, and protect public health”. CCAPP, a professional think tank, is established to study clean air policies, improve the communication and collaboration among stakeholders in the community of air quality management and support science-based policy making and implementation.

Project Manager
The CCAPP Secretariat is now hiring one project manager to participate in research and project management.
Job responsibilities
Writing both English and Chinese research and assessment reports regarding clean air and climate change related policies, methods and technologies.
Providing technical support and suggestions for government air quality improvement initiatives and climate actions by writing analytical articles, essays, etc.
Providing advice for policy advocates.
Conducting research on clean air and low-carbon technologies and policies by collaborating with national and international research institutes.
Project management related tasks.
Requirements
Passionate about the environmental cause, mission driven, having a sense of ownership.
Master’s degree or above, in environmental science, energy, city planning, transportation, public policy or relevant disciplines (excellent Bachelors’ degree holders with working experiences may also be considered). Working experience in NGO is preferred.
Research and management experience in air pollution prevention and control, climate change mitigation, low-carbon technologies, or related field, and good ability of data/policy analysis and problem-solving.
Strong sense of responsibility, self-driven and multitasker.
Never-tired-of-learning, never-tired-of-coaching attitude with good coordination and leadership skills.
Good writing and oral skills in both Chinese and English.

Project Assistant
The CCAPP Secretariat is now hiring one Project Assistant to support project manager to do research projects, as well as management activities.
Job responsibilities
Assisting in writing both English and Chinese research and assessment reports regarding clean air and low-carbon policies, methods and technologies.
Assisting in conducting research on clean air and low-carbon technologies and policies by collaborating with national and international research institutes.
Conducting literature review and data analysis and visualization to support academic research and policy analysis in relevant field.
Other assigned tasks.
Requirements
Master’s degree or above, in environmental science, energy, city planning, transportation, public policy or relevant disciplines (excellent Bachelors’ degree holders may also be considered). Working experience in NGO is preferred.
Research and management experience in air pollution prevention and control, climate change mitigation, low-carbon technologies, or related field.
Familiar with basic data analysis software, such as MATLAB; experienced in conducting geographical information system (GIS) mapping.
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
Good communication and learning skills, and a good team player.
