职位1:内容策划营销经理 - 零售渠道(全职)
内容策划营销经理 - 零售渠道(Content Marketing Manager - Retail Channel)是PUP在中国与充满求知热情的学术阅读群体直接互动,并获得他们信任和支持的关键。他/她将基于对PUP的学术内容以及对核心读者群的深入了解,配合PUP中国区的总经理,制定内容营销策划,执行内容推广方案,更精准触达和更好地服务中国学术读者群体。
- Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Content Curation
With a deep understanding of academic content and core readership of PUP, generate and develop PUP title and marketing content pool and content promotion plans to precisely reach out to target audiences in China.
Build and develop retail marketing content resource pool, incl. PUP title selection and marketing content curation based on reader insight and academic / intellectual logic to support the use of multiple retail scenarios.
Collaborating with China marketing colleagues, oversee PUP China social media channels (WeChat; Weibo; Douban; Bilibili) to produce high-quality academic promotion content and drive follower growth; specific responsibilities include content planning, using title content as a core to design marketing plans and campaigns to effectively reach academic readers, leading content execution and promotion.
Create retail marketing plan based on title content, sales channel and communication partnership insights and resources.
Collaborating with key retailers, initiate featured promotion campaigns and marketing events; designand manage marketing projects from ideation level to implementation management for both online and offline channels.
- Preferred Qualifications:
High level of integrity; strong sense of commitment and responsibility; strong sense of professionalism.
Strong intellectual curiosity, academic content sense and passion for scholarly ideas.
Strong market research, analytical skills and strategic thinking capacity.
Highly resilient and able to perform well under pressure.
Master’s degree in top Chinese or oversea universities.
Proven content (or product) marketing track records in competitive environments for at least 5 years.
Content planning and production experience (creatively and intellectually engaging with readers) and proven project and budget management skills with an academic reader-oriented mindset.
Highly problem-solving and result-driven with analytical thinking.
Innovative, open-minded, and fast learning.
A strong entrepreneurial mindset, and comfortable with ambiguity.
A strong skillset of project management, internal and external communication and negotiation capability, and collaborative mindset.
Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office applications.

资深销售 - 机构渠道(Senior Sales - Institutional Channel)是PUP在中国机构市场和图书馆渠道取得成功的关键。他/她将基于对客户组织架构、学术建设、预算流程和内容需求的深刻理解,配合PUP中国区的销售经理推动机构渠道的客户和销售发展。
- Key Responsibilities:
Achieve revenue growth target through driving library sales and developing new library customers.
Create library sales planand execute the plan with a consultative sales approach.
Develop content solutions based on a deep understanding of customers’ organizational dynamics, academic focus, budget process and content demands, as well as on the understanding of PUP content strength across the sciences, the social sciences, and the humanities.
Identify key institutional customers, and lead the structuring, negotiating, and closing of collection deals.
Pitch, negotiate and close deals for new sales and renewal sales.
Lead after-sales services and sales order execution to ensure a high order fulfillment rate.
Support in developing PUP China academic sales and marketing activities and content impact.
- Preferred Qualifications:
A deep understanding of PUP’s scholarly mission; and a strong appreciation of the scholarly content value.
High level of integrity; strong sense of commitment and responsibility, a good team player.
Excellent written and oral communication and astute interpersonal skills with the ability to network and build key relationships with business partners.
International exposure and mindset; cross-cultural communication skills and the ability.
Top bachelor’s degree in China; an oversea master’s degree is a plus.
Proven sales/business development in institutional channel for at least 5 years. Experience in higher education sector and academic market is preferred.
Excellent negotiation and deal-making skills; and able to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Highly problem-solving and result-driven. Resilient and able to perform well under pressure.
The ability to take initiatives, follow through on projects, meet deadlines, and take calculated and creative risks.
