I Prefer Self-service Travel
When it comes to travelling, different people have different ideas. Some people hold that travel on their own is the first choice while others prefer to package tour. As for me, I fancy the former.
In the first place, if you choose self-service travel, you are able to select your own itinerary. As we all know, the greatest disadvantage of package tour is that the tourists have to follow exactly the travel agency’s schedule, but this is not going to happen to self-service travel. You are free to stay at the scenic spots as long as you want. If condition permits, you don’t have to book traffic tickets and wait for a timetable, and you almost can travel to any place whenever you want.
In the second place, the news of tour guides forcing tourists to buy souvenirs is nothing rare. By contrast, if you are in a self-service travel, certainly you don’t have to worry about this trouble. It’s your choice to buy a souvenir or not.
To sum up, given the factors that I have just outlined, it is wise to choose self-service travel when you are going to make a tour.
