Helping coffee lovers in Chongqing and China to discover the best specialty coffee beans is exciting  and a lot of fun! But also it takes a lot of time and hard work of several people. Who is like you. Can't live without good cup of coffee in the morning. That's why we decided to introduce our team of coffee professionals to you!

Has come to CQ more then 3 years ago and fell in love with the city and Chinese culture. While working as a teacher she has discovered specialty coffee here. After that she decided to study about coffee more and successfully completed coffee roasting and coffee brewing courses with SCA certified coffee laboratory "Taste". Has practiced coffee roasting for more then 1 year to understand this drink better and develop the best coffee beans flavor profile. Has participated and won several competitions in coffee brewing and cup tasting. Has created "You and Coffee' specialty coffee group to introduce foreigners and Chinese people with the best specialty coffee beans in China. In charge of quality control of the coffee beans, sales, article writing.

三年前来到重庆，她一下子就爱上了这个热情的城市以及中国文化。作为教师的她同时发现了这里的精品咖啡，之后她想学习到更多关于咖啡并且也顺利地在SCA认证的Taste咖啡烘焙实验室通过了咖啡烘焙与咖啡冲煮课程。随后她进行了一年以上的咖啡豆烘焙练习，这使得她更好的理解了咖啡这种饮品，并且掌握了每一支豆子的最佳烘焙曲线。曾参与过多次咖啡冲煮与杯测比赛且获奖。她创办了【与你咖啡】精品咖啡群，致力于向在中国的外国友人与中国人介绍最好的精品咖啡。负责咖啡豆的品控、销售与文案撰写工作。

Came to CQ to study at medical university. Because of long university lectures and hard working student days, he got used to drinking a cup of coffee in the morning. But he couldn't find proper cup of coffee in China until he has tried specialty coffee. Currently besides his medical career he is working on promoting specialty coffee culture in Chongqing and in China, also researching and  writing about healthy affects of coffee on our body. In charge of wechat account publishing and promotions. 

来重庆学习医学专业。由于经常要写长长的学术论文和枯燥的求学生涯，他开始习惯于每天清晨都来一杯咖啡。但在中国他总是不能找到一杯合适的咖啡，直到他接触了精品咖啡。现在他一边继续着医学生涯，一边致力于在重庆以及中国的精品咖啡文化推广，并且做着关于咖啡对人体健康的研究论文。负责微信公众号发布与推广工作。

She has learned about coffee in Chongqing working at Taste Coffee Company as a SCA (Speciality Coffee Association) barista trainer. Dreaming about opening a coffee shop, she kept studying and discovering about how amazing this drink is.Then she went to Melbourne (Australia) to one of "the coffee capitals" of the world to work there as a barista at the coffee shop and learn more about specialty coffee industry,wine and latin dance and Australian culture. While working in Shanghai as a coffee shop manager, Lily is managing our wechat account and tranlsates our articles in Chinese.

在重庆学习了咖啡，并且曾在Taste咖啡烘焙实验室担任SCA（精品咖啡协会）咖啡讲师。梦想开一家咖啡馆，她不断学习并探索着咖啡的魅力。之后她去了有着“世界咖啡之都”之称的墨尔本（澳大利亚）工作，更多的了解咖啡行业、红酒、拉丁舞及澳洲文化。回国之后，她在上海一家咖啡店做管理。Lily负责我们微信公众号文章的翻译工作。
