Indian food is known for contents of many spices its variety of flavours and colours which make cuisine so unique. It’s generally low in saturated fat and high in fibre. Food habits of India differs region wise and has large variety of cuisines. Every cuisine is unique and has it’s own nutritional values.

Famous Indian curries apart from spices and herbs are made from ingredients which are rich source of fibre, zinc, folate, protein, etc. Vegetable are widely used in Indian cuisine which contain high levels of antioxidants, calcium, vitamins and minerals.
