Akhil Parshar, an Indian Journalist in China's state media China Radio International (CRI), has made a successful attempt to share his 8 year rich experience in China in the form of a book. In his book "The Unforgettable Innings in China" he has unveiled China's economic, cultural, and historical elements on the basis of the his experiences earned by living in China.

Dr. Mahesh Sharma, the Minister of Culture, India has launched this book. He also wished the book's author, Akhil Parashar, success for the book and gave his best wishes to him. The Culture Minister Dr. Mahesh Sharma expressed hope that the book "The Unforgettable Innings in China" written by CRI journalist Akhil Parashar, will prove beneficial in the areas of historical and cultural relations of India and China.

The author believes that in fact, China is not exactly the way it is presented in Western media. Actually, Indians look China with glasses of western countries, and similar thinking and perception have been made. This book is an attempt to change the general perception about the image of China in Indian people.
作者表示，现实中的中国，完全不是西方媒体所报道的那样。但印度人习惯透过西方国家的有色眼镜看待中国，并以此为依据做出判断。《我的中国情缘》的出版，是通过讲述亲身在华生活经历，来改变印度人对中国普遍看法的一次努力尝试。

The author believes that both countries should give as much space as possible to each other in their mainstream media. Extensive coverage of the events will increase information and understanding towards each other among people of both the countries. If seen, the media of both countries are full of news related to far-off western countries, but the developments of neighboring countries are not given space. In the absence of information, people cannot understand each other's attitudes and opinions which lead to misunderstandings. Media cooperation is an effective means of creating a positive image of another country, which will create a solid foundation for bilateral relations. Both the media and the public of the two countries should start trying to understand each other directly. Relationship between India and China will have a tremendous impact on trust and cooperation among themselves.
作者认为，中印两国应该在各自的主流媒体中给予对方更多的关注，广泛的报道将增进两国人们的彼此认识和了解。目前看来，两国的媒体中充满了对西方国家的报道，反而对于邻国的发展动向没有关注。在信息缺乏的情况下，人们无法彼此理解，从而引起误解。媒体合作是在公众中间塑造彼此国家正面形象的有效手段，将为双边关系的发展奠定坚实基础。所以，两国的媒体和人们都应该开始尝试更加直接地去了解彼此。相互信任和相互合作将对印中关系的未来发展产生巨大影响。

The author believes that one-third of the world's population live in China and India, so if India and China work together to eradicate poverty, then one-third of the global population will get rid of this problem and that is beneficial for the whole world. In the last three-four decades, the efforts that China has made to eradicate poverty are indeed appreciable. Through science and technology, the Chinese government has taken millions of citizens out of the boggling poverty. In the world's second largest economy, 70 percent of the poor population have come above the poverty line.
作者认为，中国和印度共拥有世界三分之一的人口，因此，如果印度和中国携手共同消除贫困，那么全球就会有三分之一的人脱离贫困，这对于整个世界而言都是有利的。过去四十年里，中国在消除贫困方面所做的努力值得世界称赞。通过科学技术手段，中国政府让数千万老百姓脱贫致富。作为世界第二大经济体的中国,已经有超过70%的贫困人口摆脱贫困。
