在2020年发起“不周山”项目后，我决定开辟一条新的路线，继续策动各地创作者们的联结。这条线路环绕青藏高原和天山山脉，依逆时针方向依次是云南、四川、甘肃、新疆，以及中亚诸国、巴基斯坦、印度和缅甸等国的山缘地带（1）。2024年实施的“不周山”第二期项目将在中国国内实施，而计划发生在境外的第三期“不周山”，随着我今年2月前往巴基斯坦，它的调研准备工作也启动了。
我在伊斯兰堡和拉瓦尔品第短暂停留了一周。初步接触的朋友里，有的是当地艺术家，有的是批发市场的摊主，有的是城中村的居民……我也结识了在当地做直播的中国朋友。在热情、密集的交流和走访当中，我对照出境前思考的艺术和社会问题，不断刷新着对当前复杂而荒诞语境的认知……
当然，所有这些都只是撬动我的起点。我希望把自己的所见所闻，特别是因当地而萌发的议题思考，及时地与周围朋友们分享——疫情三年，我最担心的就是不能与外部世界同步，不能与他人同步。希望这个春天是打破这种焦虑的开始。

“不周山”是经由激发研究所发起、一项策动各地创作者们联结的长期项目。自从2020年的第一期活动“从高原到山城、海岛的行进式”之后，我们正沿着青藏高原和天山山脉的外围边缘，依逆时针方向依次在云南、四川、甘肃、新疆，以及中亚诸国、巴基斯坦、印度和缅甸等国的山缘地带进行调研和策划工作。最终，将在2024年和2028年落地实施“不周山”的第二期和第三期活动。

宋轶，策划人、写作者、影像作者，独立空间“激发研究所”运营者之一，新工人影像小组发起人之一，“Bloom 绽”艺术与建筑集体策展小组发起人之一。Song Yi, curator, writer and film maker. He is the co-director of art space "Institute For Provocation", founder of "Bloom 绽" curating collective for contemporary and urban planning.顶上（顶上空间）成立于2016年7月，源于韩飞和李振华的一次谈话，关于“做什么”和“什么也不做”。后来还是归结为一句话：顶上是一座位于城中村建筑屋顶的精神之屋。顶上的实体空间包含了开放式的厨房、天台、阅览室、小型放映厅、会议室等不同基础设施，通过到访者的参与，以各自兴趣为出发点展开与顶上的连结。TOP (TOP Art Space) was established in July 2016. The opportunity for the establishment of space originated from a conversation between Han Fei and Li Zhenhua, about "what to do" and "nothing to do". They finally concluded that TOP is a house of the spirit loacted on the roof of urban village. The physical space of TOP includes open kitchen, rooftop, reading room, small projection hall, conference room and other infrastructure. The art space encourages art workers with various disciplinary backgrounds to carry out their research and artistic practice in Qingtian, together creating a diverse cultural environment, and constructing a platform intertwining local ecology, contemporary art, and cultural exchanges. TOP • Qingtian takes its dynamic concept to a deeper level, connecting art and local ecology, resulting in three sections: contemporary art research, residency program, and sound laboratory.
