Layout Engineer
地点: Hangzhou
Job responsibilities and requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Device Physics or other related field.
Design mask according to schematics and instructions from design engineers.
Knowledge of semiconductor devices and fabrication principles.
Working knowledge of Linux operating systems.
Work with Cadence tools (Virtuoso, Assura, Dracula).
Develop layout ability for BCD technology including DRC, LVS debug and tape out process.
Understand of IC design techniques and principles is a plus
Ability to work independently.
Great attention to detail, communication skills, well organized, patience in work.
Any other duties the Employee may be instructed to carry out by management or the board of directors from time to time that are reasonably within the scope of the Employee’s job position and work capabilities.

Customer Service Representative
地点: Shanghai
Job Description:
Order management
Order entry and maintenance, make sure customer purchase order is managed properly. Customer demand is reflected correctly and accuracy.
Shipment management
Proactive action to secure on time delivery, shipment expedite and relay shipping information to customer. Handle and manage all special shipping requests.
Logistics Program management
Coordinate with Logistics team for all kinds of logistics program. Manage consumption order and VMI replenishment shipment.
Payment management
Coordinate with Finance team for payment expediting and credit/debit note handling
Customer database maintain
Daily interface with internal or external to meet customer needs (Phone, email, customer web)
Closely work with Sales team to help sales achieve revenue goal
Character:
High-disciplined and self-motivated.
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work, able to work effectively and accurately.
Good communication skill and problem solving capability.
Team-work spirit
Taking ownership and willing to take challenge.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience/Education:
Strong command of English language – oral and written.
Familiar to use MS office software.
Working knowledge of MRP and/or SAP will be added advantage.
Familiar with SMI/VMI program will be added advantage.
Good data intelligence capability will be added advantage.
Bachelor or above degree.
