妈妈的心愿
2011年9月任毅杰女士创建了“毅杰国际艺术中心”。
任毅杰女士1998年毕业于军艺舞蹈系，此后加入海政歌舞团。12年严格的专业学习和丰富的舞台表演经验奠定了坚实的艺术根基。自2005年开始，任毅杰女士先后获得了北京舞蹈学院芭蕾舞、中国舞等级考试注册教师资格；英国皇家舞蹈学院芭蕾舞注册教师资格，成为国内较早的一批英皇芭蕾舞注册教师。
作为一名专业的芭蕾舞老师，任毅杰女士同时也是一位母亲。她感受到身边很多的妈妈都需要一家可以将自己的宝贝放心交托的、有专业老师指导的、还要让孩子在业余时间享受快乐的儿童培训机构，本着这个朴素的理念，毅杰在2011年创建了毅杰国际儿童艺术中心，后更名为毅杰国际艺术中心。
近9年来，毅杰国际艺术中心不忘初心，专注于3-16岁少年儿童舞蹈及舞台表演艺术教育。中心首个校址，位于北京国际学校较为集中的顺义中央别墅区。在这个国际化的大环境中，毅杰国际艺术中心的教育理念收获了家长的口碑和市场的验证。
2017年，毅杰艺术中心顺义校区开设了6间舞蹈教室，共占地600平方米，学员人数也超过了800人。
2018年，本着把国际化艺术教育带给更多孩子的心愿，毅杰国际在北京的常营、回龙观、和平里、蓝色港湾等不同地区以及山东青岛等外地省市开设了多家分校。
现有超过1300名学员在毅杰国际艺术中心学习包括芭蕾、拉丁、踢踏、爵士、街舞、民族民间舞、音乐剧课程等舞蹈和表演艺术课程。
Based on a Mothers` Wish
It is our pleasure to introduce to you our founder and artistic director Ms. Renee Chan!
Ms. Renee Chan founded Renee International Arts Center in September 2011.
Ms. Renee Chan graduated from the PLA Arts Academy in 1998, and later served as a dancer in the Naval Dance Troupe. Twelve years of rigorous professional training and rich stage practices have laid a solid foundation in performing arts for Ms. Renee Chan. In 2005, she started her advanced study in dance education. She has obtained teaching certificates in ballet and Chinese dance from Beijing Dance Academy (BDA), and the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD). She is among the first few teachers with a Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies (CBTS) from the RAD in China.
In 2011, as a professional ballet teacher and a mother, Ms. Renee Chan felt the need for an extracurricular education organization where she and her peer mothers could entrust their children to and where children would have a fun-filled learning experience under the guidance of professional teachers. Based on this simple concept, Ms. Renee Chan founded the International Children's Arts Center, later renamed to Renee International Arts Center.
For the past eight and a half years, Ms. Renee has turned this simple concept into the mission of Renee International Arts Center and has been focusing on providing children, from 3 to 16 years old, with high quality dance and performing arts education. The first studio site of Renee International Arts Center was opened in the central villa area in Shunyi District, Beijing, where the biggest concentration of international schools are. In this internationalized environment, Ms. Renee`s education philosophy has been verified and resonated by students and parents alike.
In 2017, the Shunyi center had 6 studios on a 600 square meters’ site, with student numbers exceeding 800.
In 2018, to bring international standard dance education to more children in Beijing, Renee International started expansion to other areas. The first branch in Changying was opened in March 2018. Followed by studios in Huilongguan, Solana Park – Liangmaqiao road, Hepingli and the first center outside Beijing was also opened in Qingdao (Shandong Province).
Today, there are over 1,300 students learning at Renee International Arts Center, taking a variety of classes in ballet, Latin dance, tap, modern and Chinese folk dance.
放心交托
“放心交托”的前提是保障孩子的身心健康得到呵护和培育，在毅杰中心，孩子们听到的永远是建造和鼓励的语言；在毅杰中心，每一个孩子无论天赋如何，都会得到同样的关注和呵护，因为毅杰坚信培育孩子健康强大的心灵是一切教育的根本。
毅杰中心自2014年开始引进英国皇家舞蹈学院的芭蕾舞课程，因为英皇在多年实践和在人体解刨学、儿童心理学和运动物理学等科学研究基础上根据不同年龄段儿童的骨骼发展和心智发展制定了详细、系统的教学指导。毅杰在中心设立了英皇芭蕾考级课程的同时，也将英皇的教育和文化精髓应用到其他舞种的教学中，保证孩子们在安全的环境中学习和训练。
Worthy of a Parent`s Trust
"Parents can entrust Renee International Arts Center with their children`s dance education". This is based on the assurance that children`s mental and physical health is protected and nurtured.
Ms. Renee Chan believes that the foundation of any education is nurturing a healthy and strong heart, therefore, Renee International Arts Center assures that what children hear and experience on its premises is constructive and encouraging words and is committed to care for each and every child, regardless of the child`s experience, capabilities and condition.
In 2014, when Ms. Renee Chan introduced the Royal Academy of Dance ballet syllabus at the center, she adopted not only the worldwide recognized grading system, but also the RAD`s value system and teaching guidance. Through decades of practice and scientific research based on anatomy, child psychology and sports physics, the RAD provides systematic and detailed teaching guidance in accordance to the physical and mental development of students in different age groups. Renee International applies the essence of this value system and teaching guide to all its different courses of dance at the center. This ensures that children learn and train in a safe environment.
英国老师为核心的国际师资团队
过硬的师资水平是孩子获得高品质艺术素质教育的保障。自创立之初，中心教师均毕业于北京舞蹈学院、北京体育大学、中央民族大学等国内高等学府，具备多年教学经验。2014年伊始，毅杰国际艺术中心打造了一支以具备国际资质的外籍老师为核心的国际化教师团队。其资质包括英国皇家舞蹈学院(RAD)教师资质和英国皇家舞蹈教师协会(ISTD)会员教师资质。
英国的舞蹈教育体系全球知名。具备RAD及ISTD舞蹈教学资质的老师给孩子带来的是规范的舞蹈教育。国际化的教师团队提供给学生一个浸润式的语言和文化环境，学生在学习舞蹈的同时，能够受到欧洲古典文化和现代西方文明的熏陶。
“整体素质和品德的培育应该更加关键，”毅杰国际艺术中心英皇芭蕾教师Angela McArthur曾说，“虽然孩子们每周在中心只学习几小时，但应该让他们在规范课程中体会到敬畏尊严、遵守规则。”

Leadership, guidance, and supervision by professional teachers guarantees efficient learning. All teachers at Renee International Arts Center are highly experienced experts who have graduated from eminent higher education institutions worldwide. Since 2014, Renee International has been building a multi-national faculty team. At the core of the team is a group of elite and highly experienced English-speaking international teachers. Our teachers have graduated with top qualifications from the Beijing Dance Academy, the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) and the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD).
国际标准课程体系
毅杰国际2014年引进英国皇家舞蹈学院的芭蕾舞课程，至今一直严格遵循英皇芭蕾教学大纲，邀请具备英国RAD资质的外籍老师教学，中心的北舞芭蕾课程教授北京舞蹈学院考级院制定的教学大纲。
中心的爵士、踢踏及拉丁课程使用英国皇家舞蹈教师协会(ISTD)的摩登表演、踢踏以及拉丁的教学大纲。中心的民族民间舞课程以中国民族民间舞等级考试教学大纲为蓝本建立了独特的教学体系。2019年中心引进英国皇家舞蹈教师协会(ISTD)的拉丁舞教学大纲。
自2015年起，中心学员每年都参加RAD考级，且成绩斐然，通过率达100%，且有接近40%的学生获得优秀（金牌）奖。自2012年起，中心学员每年都参加中国民族民间舞等级考试，且每年通过率都高达100%。自2019年起，中心学员开始参加ISTD拉丁考级，通过率达100%，且有90%的学生获得优秀（金牌）奖。
毅杰一直将学生的身心健康发展放在首位。因为英皇在多年实践和科学研究基础上根据不同年龄段儿童的骨骼发展和心智发展制定了详细、系统的教学指导。毅杰在中心设立了英皇芭蕾课程的同时，也将英皇的教育和文化精髓应用到其他舞种的教学中。
Our Dance Curriculum
A Dance Program that Produces Positive Results
Renee International Arts Center follows the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) Ballet syllabus in its RAD Ballet and Baby Ballet classes. Since 2015, our students have participated in RAD examinations and the pass rate has been 100% and on average, over 40% of the students who took the exam were awarded a Distinction (gold medal). In addition to the RAD ballet syllabus, the center also offers Beijing Dance Academy (BDA) ballet exam syllabus classes.
The center's Jazz, Tap and Latin Dance classes follow the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance’s (ISTD) set syllabi. Our students take part in yearly examination’s with top results. Since 2019, our students have participated in ISTD Latin examinations and the pass rate has been 100% and on average, over 90% of the students who took the exam were awarded a Distinction (gold medal). Apart from Ballet, Jazz, Tap and Latin, Renee International has developed a unique program in its Chinese Folk-Dance classes, based on the syllabus launched by the Chinese Folk-Dance Test Center. Our students have participated in the Chinese Folk-Dance Grade Tests since 2012 and have achieved a 100% pass rate every year.
At the core of Renee International`s educational approach are the teachers taking the utmost care of students' physical and mental development. When Ms. Renee Chan first introduced RAD classes at her center, she applied the RAD's teaching guide and philosophy to all her other dance classes to ensure her students' safety during training. The RAD curriculum has been developed and fine-tuned over decades through research and practical application and all RAD teachers are trained in giving safe and effective dance education for children at different ages.
让孩子享受快乐
挖掘兴趣、鼓励参与，从而获得自信心和成就感，是孩子们在课外兴趣班中享受快乐的过程。学业上的进步需要自发的努力，而兴趣是孩子们学习的原动力。因此，毅杰国际艺术中心倡导“让孩子们享受快乐”。
中心的课程设计和引导，旨在激发孩子们去欣赏、体会美的旋律和姿态。同时，考级和比赛机会让孩子们可以明确地感受到自己的进步，产生成就感，更加自信。
此外，毅杰国际艺术中心保证每一名学员每年至少有一次舞台表演的机会。中心每个校区每年举办两次大型原创儿童舞剧和经典芭蕾舞剧。自2012年至2018年，学生们在舞台上演绎了包括《睡美人》、《葛佩利亚》、《胡桃夹子》、《纳尼亚传奇》和《爱丽丝漫游仙境》在内的六台古典芭蕾舞剧以及《奇异恩典》、《马可波罗环游世界》、《顺义时报》等九台原创公益舞剧。演出的利润全部捐献给慈善机构。孩子们在舞台上体会表演乐趣的同时，可以体验到自己付出的努力和汗水可以为社会贡献的价值。
2016年中心的学生应国家大剧院邀请参与了丹麦皇家芭蕾舞团在京的《拿波里》芭蕾舞剧演出; 2017年，受邀参与马林斯基芭蕾舞团来华演出的《睡美人》芭蕾舞剧。中心与国内外各大表演和舞蹈机构广泛合作，提供国际化的赛事及舞台机会，让孩子们得到更高品质的艺术熏陶。
Fun-filled Learning
A fun and safe environment promotes joyful learning. Joy and happiness is cultivated from participation in an individual`s interests, building up confidence and providing a rewarding experience.
The center's interactive curriculum cultivates children's interest in dance and performing art and inspires children to appreciate the beauty of rhythms and movements in dancing.
The center offers children the opportunity to participate in exams and competitions so that they can recognize their own progress and achieve a sense of accomplishment.
In addition to dance exams, the Renee International Arts Center hosts an annual large-scale original children’s dance show and a classical ballet performance. These shows offer every student at our centers at least one stage performance opportunity. Since 2012, the center's students have performed six classical ballets, "Sleeping Beauty”, “Coppélia ", "Nutcracker", "The Chronicles of Narnia", “Alice in Wonderland”, “La Fille Mal Gardee” and original children’s productions including "Amazing Grace"," The Travel of Marco Polo", “Lion King”, “Under the Sea”, “Once Upon a Time” and "Shunyi Times".
The profits from the shows are all donated to a selected charity. Not only can children experience and appreciate the joy of performing on stage, but they can also feel and understand how their efforts add value to the society.
In 2016, our students were invited to participate in the ballet production "Napoli" staged by The Royal Danish Ballet, in Beijing. In November 2017, our students were again invited to participate in the ballet "The Sleeping Beauty" performed by the Mariinsky Ballet company from Russia. Through extensive cooperation with major domestic and international dance organizations, the center provides children with various learning and performance opportunities. While the students are enjoying the excitement of the stage and theatre, they are also cultivated by observing and experiencing high-quality art.
