As a result, some criminals pretend to be national intellectual property authorities and send out official announcements such as the so-called "notice", in order to defraud applicants of information and seek profits.

The First One: Express Delivery

In the past two years, the so-called "trademark notice documents" express delivery trap is more common.

Second: The So-Called "Trademark Rejection Warning Notice"

If one of these items has been sent to you recently, be careful and not to sign for it or pay for it, and don't believe it's an official document. If you have questions about your trademark, patent, etc registration process, please contact your agency, because the official documents will be sent directly to the agency, the official documents shall prevail.
