In addition to the similarity in appearance, the two pictures are also similar in the light and shade of the hair and the style of the crown.

After the successful registration of the trademark and after two transfers, the current trademark rights belong to Beijing Yuantai Company.

This Queen's trademark has not been successfully registered.

In fact, Guangzhou Yuantai Company applied for a trademark similar to the Queen's head portrait in 2011, and it was registered in 2012. At present, the trademark has been renewed and another transfer has occurred. And the new trademark owner has not yet been announced.

The British royal family has always paid attention to the image, but did not pay attention to the two queen’s logo. Instead of objecting, they let them continue after ten years.

Trademark tips

A registered trademark is valid for ten years from the date of approval of registration. Renewals are available twelve months prior to the expiration of the validity period, and each renewal is still valid for ten years. The number of renewals is unlimited.

If no application is made within this period, a grace period of 6 months may be granted. If the renewal of the registration is not filed within the grace period, the Trademark Office will cancel the registered trademark and make an announcement.
